It was fairly easy to find. People don't realize what they're putting out there on the Internet. I feel utterly sorry for the family though because they've gone into lockdown mode until this fully blows over. It's not fair to them because a troll decided to use their daughter's picture. I try and be careful. It's extremely easy to point a finger at the wrong person. I posted a question on Reddit once. It was fairly innocent, but a very private issue. Someone on Reddit pinpointed it to someone on the other side of the country and all their friends and family were informed of the post. Ugh.

There are people out there that believe this sort of thing. The blogs she was reposting from are legit blogs (like cultureshift, lgbtprolife, southern-conservatism, etc) but she was parodying them to the extreme. I don't think our side came off very well. Granted I'm not great at satire. I did have a whole treasure trove of "evil" material, drunk history, and pathetic attempts at religious theory along with intermittent "She's a troll guys" if the GracieLovesJesus blog had went on though. So I probably don't have room to talk. Sending rape and death threats and screaming "DOXX THIS BITCH!" made the "liberal" side come off poorly. I've been known to snap in anger and say things I regret on my Tumblr (ask me how I lost 20 followers in the span of a couple of hours).I do think we have to be mindful how we present our arguments and ourselves. An old friend was a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints. She married at 18 or 19 to a man she had only met 5 or 6 times prior to her wedding. Her husband was a die hard Mormon who didn't believe in same sex marriage, people being trans, and abortion. She realized she didn't believe a couple years into her marriage. One thing that stuck with me was she said provoking her husband into arguments did no good. Sitting down with him calmly and being patient was more effective. He's come around on those issues but she said it took a few years of being very patient. I try and remember that. It's hard though. Very hard.

No idea. I've reverse image searched it several times but it's only come back as from Tumblr. I haven't checked if Tumblr has removed that image from their servers. Probably has.

The image of the 12 year old girl is gone from Tumblr as is the drawn on picture calling her a bitch with a penis in her mouth. Thank you Tumblr for doing the right thing.

Kayla purposely went to a whole bunch of moderately popular to popular Tumblrs to stir up trouble. She got what she wanted on one. Once that slowed down, she went over to Gracie's Tumblr and they became BFFs. I called her out on being a troll and her pictures not matching up. She stopped replying. Her Tumblr is the weirdest thing. She was accepting at the beginning of her Tumblr of everyone (apparently), then she went into full out troll mode becoming a bigoted, homophobic, attention seeker. The pictures of "herself" don't match up. So I'm calling troll. Regardless hopefully she just goes into the quiet night.

I have no idea. I ran that through the reverse image search and found nothing. Although it was apparent the girl holding the deer wasn't one of the girls in Gracie's profile picture. Especially that I saw recent pictures of the girl in question. She definitely wasn't one in Gracie's profile picture.

I'm only getting 4 posts when I click on it (I'm on mobile as well). I think it's just Tumblr trying to clear the blog out of its system.
