Chapter 4 is here! Sorry it took so long. I was a bit busy with school—still am—but it's up now!

I have been thinking about it. I don't know why, but like, you know how at the end of Season 2 we get this montage of everyone Drew really cares about, and then him jumping? And then he decides to jump off the balcony. Was that like the show's way of showing that he was fully prepared to die without saying it? Because in the book, if I remember correctly, there are many times when he just accepts that he's going to die and kind of makes the move himself.

Erin and James’ children:

Lilly: Brown, chest-length hair that is normally tied back; brown eyes. She's the oldest at 15 (at the start). She is friends with Ben and helps her mum out at their motel. She is fully human. Weapons: axe, knife/dagger, and easily reachable things. (James’ lore: He is Trent from the show; the rest is explained in the fic.)

Ethan: Sandy blond, ear-length hair; light brown eyes. He's the youngest at 14 (at the start). He is friends with Mat, Amy, and Matilda. He is gay—gets with Mat in the future—and wants to join the Wolf Guard. He is human. Weapons: wolf’s head blade, his fists, and a knife.

The main reason for me writing this is because I just got a lot of grades back (3 different subjects, 1 in each) and actually did ok, and better than I expected for one, and I have been thinking about it for a bit in how well I think the Wereworld characters would do in school. I am going to write this with the idea that they would have gone to a high school/ college (depending on where you live) after book 6.

Drew— I just can’t stop thinking that he’s a fat nerd and would actually do really well, like I believe that he actually knows a lot, it’s just not exactly what he needed in canon— with the werelords, so he’s not that knowledgeable about that, and that’s why Hector tells him that, but I stand by believing that if they went to school post-series, Whitley, Gretchen, and Hector would be extremely surprised when he got like one of the best grades in their class, because in my head he is very capable of that. Also just because I can and I kind of feel like he might have it— he has Dyslexia.

Hector— I think I would be going entirely against everything we are given in canon unless I said he was a nerd; he would definitely be the nerd of the friend group, and get the best grades in their class, probably even year, and always has a book in his arms. IDK he is just a cinnamon roll nerd in my head.

Gretchen— she has above average grades but only just, like if they were given something that was marked out of 8 she would probably get a 6ish. She pays attention to what they are learning but not really at the same time; she kinda gives me the vibe of a girl who would like plan the group study sessions for her friends.

Whitley— she’s got similar grades to Gretchen, pretty much the same, she is just stronger in some different ones to her, and I kind of feel like she might have ADHD. IDK like I feel like she would be able to really look in at points, but then also can’t really focus and moves a lot.

Trent— the only reason he has passed school since childhood is because of his brother, you can’t change my mind. He gives me like jock vibes; he probably couldn’t care less about school and is only barely passing, and that’s because he gets his friends’ help when they force him to study for tests, which barely happens because most of the time he’s just playing random games that he’s found. He probably has ADHD too but is way less good at managing it compared to Whitley.

Cinda, all the lions are still dead like in canon, so it’s not actually any of them. However, there are ex-Red Cloaks involved in this whole plot. It is very much meant to provoke fear in people, like it does in Amy. I will explain more as the story goes on, but I think that’s the best answer I can give without spoiling too much.

I am still writing my werewolf fic as well as this, and I will post them in alternate weeks. So I stick to the goal that I have for myself to update something once a week. I will have the next Werewolf: Next Gen chapter up next week, for those who see this and read that.

I have had these two for a bit, but I have two necklaces that really remind me of Wolf King/Wereworld (I got one to be a reference).

The gold one is one I got myself at the convention that I wore the Whitley cosplay to, actually. It's a sun and moon because that’s Drew and Trent’s representation in the books, kind of, and I saw it and loved it for that reason.

The silver one is a sword with an animal's head. With me being myself, I refuse to believe that it’s anything but a wolf head! This was one that was given to me in January by my best friend. Originally, I think she gave it to me to go with my PJO necklace, but once I saw it, I immediately made it a Wolf King reference, so that’s what it is now.

ok, so now that I have finished my Whitley cosplay, I kind of want to do another one, so who should I do next?

I put the brackets beside them because that's what I would make if I made them because reasons. I will still do book cosplays for everyone, I just think the show ones are easier because I have something literal to copy off (I don't really like Gretchen's show outfit, that’s why she has the book option).

After I don't know how many hours, here is my finished Wheatley cosplay! I generally like it and am pretty happy with how it turned out, apart from the wig—but we don't need to talk about that. Anyway, here's my Wheatley cosplay! Who should I do next? (Because I am definitely making another one; it was fun for the most part). And I am sorry for the quality of the images; they were taken on a phone and I have Tumblr on my computer

So adding on to my last post—here is some more lore (for Gretchen and Trent’s children) as well as the link to the fic on AO3. The story has book context, so it holds a few spoilers, but doesn’t focus on them as it is more about their children. Hope you enjoy it if you choose to read it!

Trent and Gretchen’s Children

Freya Ferran: Hip-length bright red hair, green eyes. Oldest at 18 (at start). Dating Willem Ferran; friends with Thomas (Tom). Can do a partial change into a fox. Next in line for the Hegemony throne. Weapons: dagger and her fox form.

Matthew (Mat) Ferran: Chin-length red-blonde hair; one blue eye, one green. Middle child at 14 (at start); twin with Matilda. Best friends with Amy; friends with Matilda and Otto. Part fox; has a little bit of Wilderwolf in him. He has similar traits to Trent in regards to Wilderwolves. Can partially change into a fox. Weapons: Wolfshead blade.

Matilda Ferran: Hip-length blonde hair, blue eyes. Middle child at 14 (at start); twin with Mat. Best friends with Amy; friends with Mat and Otto. Part fox—can grow claws on command. Weapons: dagger, her claws, and a bow and arrow. She calls Amy "Mills" and Amy calls her "Tilda." Gay.

Gaston (Gus) Ferran: Short blonde hair; one green eye and one yellow eye. Youngest at 11 (at start). Part fox; has no control over his fox form. Has Wilderwolf aspects. Bubbly personality; wants to be just like his brother. Weapons: dagger, knife, and a smaller bow and arrow.

Ok, so I have said on here how I have an entire idea for a "next gen" thing with Wereworld. I have an entire plot planned out (I might write a fic). Anyway, here is just a bit of lore for some of the characters (my OCs) in it:

Drew and Whitley’s Children

Willem Ferran: Short black hair, grey eyes, grey wolf. Oldest at 18 (at the start). Dating Freya Ferran, friends with Tomas (Tom). Had full control over his wolf at 12. Next in line for the throne. Weapons: Wolf’s head blade (just a random one, he’s the first to use it) and his wolf.

Benjamin (Ben) Ferran: Neck-length brown hair, brown eyes, brown bear. Middle child at 16 (at the start). Falls for Myles, friends with Ruby. Gay. Had full control over his bear by 13. Weapons: Bow and arrow, dagger, short staff.

Amely (Amy) Ferran: Chest-length black hair, grey eyes, grey wolf. Essentially a "copy-paste" of Drew. Youngest at 14 (at the start). Best friends with Matt and Matilda Ferran. Eventually falls for Otto. Had full control over her wolf by 13. Weapons: Dagger, the Moonshine blade, and her wolf.

I will do a post on the other characters soon; I am just working on them currently. I also think it would probably be better to split this into parts as there are a few factors to it.
