High school is all just a facade for what the real world is like. 'Squads' and 'cliques' don't exist in real life. Once you graduate and go to college or do whatever you decide to do you're gonna realize that they're completely nonexistent outside of high school. You think in the real world there's cliques roaming around the streets going everywhere and doing everything together? No, that's not how it works. All friends are temporary and in five years you probably won't be talking to the people you're talking to right now. I don't remember more than half of the people I called my friends in high school. I've had one best friend that I've known since kindergarten. In high school we weren't apart of each other's 'squads', but we always knew that we were still best friends. I'm forty-five years old and i still talk to him this day, but i don't remember the people that were in my 'clique'. What i'm saying is, you don't need a squad in high school. It's pointless. As long as you have one tight best friend, a good relationship with your family, and a good relationship with yourself... that's all you need. That's your squad right there. That's your guaranteed squad for life.
