This is the next part! Comments will drive Kohru’s decisions. Kohru tried to escape his bindings using his animal friends and was successful! For that, he has leveled up to 8! Does he help Rukka, join him, run away? Up to yall!

He has 2x XP points saved up, and they can be spent in either tree! These will give him more abilities and help him on his adventure.

HIBAL, Part 2 recap

Hello! I used to post my comic on Tktk but my account broke so now I’m posting it here! This follows Kohru, he’s a Gekkan, kinda Lizard, kinda amphibian creature! He’s new to all this, he just woke up on a beach with no memories.

Hope this turned out well. This is my first post on Tumblr. I have my own story going for these little lizard dudes, so Ill just put a brief description here.

The Red Line makes a stop in the Logistics District. Gekkans are a type of Kobold who live in highly stratified societies. They are divided into twelve Houses, each of which has its own customs, culture, and traditions.

Each of the twelve Houses exist to protect their nursery, a volcano, where the entire Gekkan race hatch from. House Steam is a lake house, surrounded by mountains and naturally protected.

Like the other Houses, it divides its bodies by ability. Scales are those who are adults, released from the Nursery and working at the lowest levels. There are millions of Scales, all living in cramped housing and working dangerous jobs for little pay.

When a Scale shows talent with magic, management or bribes, they are promoted to Claw. A Claw manages. They lead tens to hundreds of Scales. They are middle managers, organized into a hierarchy by their commander.

Above them are Fangs. They are the elite commanders of the House, each leading hundreds to thousands of Claws in Teams. To become a Fang, one must kill the previous holder. There are only 98 of them in Steam. Each one is in charge of a different aspect of the city and employ their Claws and Scales to work. They are divided into 8 divisions, each of which has its own district in the city.

Fangs dont need to take the train, but Claws do. Fangs live in lofty mountain estates, while Claws have apartments in the city. The Logistics District is blessed with many empty apartments for Claws, while Control District is quite constrained with housing. The end result is a few unlucky Claws are stuck waiting for a morning train to get to work. Sucks to draw the short straw.
