This is the Cica Biome Cleansing Balm from @audreynyoung.official • I received this balm from @_museday_ and have been slowly testing it out (along with some serums). I’m so excited to share my experience so far with this cleanser! • Being totally honest... my skin has been fairly neglected for the past year, and my psoriasis is the worst it’s ever been. • This cleansing balm has a very subtle scent - not overwhelming or “fake” but just a hint of “clean.” I like it, and it disappears shortly after rinsing your skin. It feels creamy and soft in the jar, and it spreads easily on my skin. The fact that even in my cold bathroom it doesn’t harden up makes me very happy. It’s never a struggle to apply. On that same note, it also hasn’t separated either like some other softer balms I’ve tried in the past. • Now, I unfortunately have not tried this with makeup, because who am I kidding... But as an oil cleanser on my dry, aging, psoriasis ridden, peeling disaster of a face; this is so gentle and soothing. It doesn’t burn, it doesn’t cause redness or irritation, and it doesn’t strip my face or leave residue behind. I received a special little surprise in the mail from @dirtymermaidbeauty a while ago and last night was the perfect time to try one out. These are the limited edition Bath Truffles 😍 They are little heart shaped melts containing cocoa and coconut butter, along with French lavender ease oil, dried lavender and calendula, and Himalayan salt. They smell absolutely divine, and watching them “melt” into my bath water was mesmerizing. Best of all... my skin was so soft and nourished afterwards!
