Riley Ray, 20 years old, they/them, bisexual. yes it's Riley Ray, but not the one from the OGverse. it's a different one. this Riley is a villain, a rogue in Gotham rather than a firefighter. a similar backstory although they hate their brother with a passion and want him to go to hell, and torment their mother to get back at her for a traumatizing childhood. Riley is a heavy arsonist in this world. absolutely loves setting everything on fire. they are also the leader of a huge gang, control the gang wars that go on, make sure their people get paid and stay alive, etc etc. still a necromancer, still an empath.
they go by Alt ever since they got into this new universe to not confuse people. not necessarily a bad person, more misguided, and Punisher-type.

Appearance:
it's the same as regular Riley ( @gothamite-firefighter-rr ) except they have a huge scar going from right under their right eye over to the left of their face to their jaw. they do also look just slightly more evil.
