Alice Morana, 19 years old, pansexual, she/her pronouns. she's known in Gotham as the Queen of Hearts, yes I'm aware there's a Mad Hatter and also Harley Quinn, do I care? no. shut up lovingly if you do care.
Alice is a villain, a rogue in Gotham, who mostly works in the shadows and has her henchmen do things for her. she is the leader of a sort of mafia, that thousands around Gotham are apart of, but it is quite literally underground so no one really knows. she's in constant hate-battles with Black Mask, and hasn't been figured out by Batman yet, not her real identity anyways. Alice is a no-remorse villain. she's a diagnosed psychopath and has no empathy and feels no empathy. she uses that in a negative way to hurt people, and not feel bad. she does have her own emotions of anger though, but usually presents as gleeful. also has a very obsessive personality and behavior.
as a kid, Alice had conduct disorder which her family tried to get treated but eventually just gave up and kicked her to the curb. Alice is also incredibly smart so it wasn't hard. by 17 years old, Alice had a good chunk of Gotham wrapped around her finger.
she's a master of manipulation, and she's quite influential. she feels no guilt and hurts for fun.

Appearance:
Alice has white hair with red streaks, it's straight and about as long as 3/4s down her back. she usually has it tied in a bun so it's not flowing around but not easy to grab. she has brown eyes. she's on the pale side, but it's not a sickly pale. she's usually got drawn on red hearts on her cheeks. she usually wears a mask and hood when doing illegal crap out and about to hide herself. wears rather fancy clothes but never dresses.
