This location provides an easy access to the Interstate, but on the other hand suffers from traffic and noise coming from the above mentioned city arteries. Overall, building is conveniently located and is close to Midtown, Downtown, Inman Park, Virginia-Highlands and other popular neighborhoods. Prices of the units are very similar to modern “all glass” high-rises you can find in Downtown, Midtown and Buckhead areas. If you are looking specifically for a unique product from architectural standpoint, then Tribute Lofts can be one of the few options available on the market. Bauhaus-style loft with clean and simple design, Tribute Lofts features an all-concrete construction, where not only floors and ceilings are made of poured concrete but also the walls separating the units. Such feature is rarely seen in other buildings and definitely adds to esthetics of each unit. Amenity package at Tribute Lofts is also very attractive. Here you will find a bright multi-level lobby, a zen garden, a fitness center, a clubroom, and a sky lounge. The sky lounge is located on the roof of the West-facing part of the building and offers an unobstructed, postcard-like panorama of Atlanta’s skyline. There is a rooftop swimming pool, which is not very large, but still usable during hot summer days. Amenities at Castleberry Point are probably some of the best in the neighborhood. They may not be as posh as those of luxury high-rises in Midtown and Buckhead, but they are still very attractive. Here you will find a fitness center and a swimming pool located on the roof of the building and offering spectacular views of Atlanta’s skyline. There is also a nice courtyard with a fountain. Castleberry Hill is Atlanta’s loft district with a vibrant and artistic atmosphere. Regular art strolls and loft tours bring in visitors from all over the city and also contribute to the ambiance of the neighborhood. Element offers decent value in terms of price per square foot. Units are cheaper and offer more space for the money. If we have to compare it with Art Foundry, we can say that Element looks “fresher”, which makes sense since it is a newer building. When it comes to location, Atlantic Station is loved by some and not so loved by others. You are still across the bridge from prime Midtown location. There are some 3-bedroom units and two-story units with lofts at Element which are definitely more attractive then standard floorplans. Finishes in the units are very basic… unless they were updated by previous owner. Some units have nice views of Midtown’s skyline, while others are looking into the parking deck and have no views. The amenities include a gym, a pool, and a clubroom. Since lower floors of Twelve Atlantic Station are occupied by a hotel, residents have an opportunity to use some of the hotel services. There is also a Starbucks located on the ground floor of this building. And since you are in the middle of Atlantic Station, you can walk to the supermarket, multiple retails stores, restaurants, bars and even cinema.
