I found a book filled with all recipes and ways to make Ebelskivers but it requires some form of ebelskiver pan.

So i had to keep my eyes peeled for one, and i thought it would take me SO long, but i turned the corner and it was THERE!

Beautiful and waiting just for me! Then nearby a perfectly good super cheap Bundt cake pan! Perfect for the recipes ive had to ignore due to lack of proper equipment. I feel so prepared. *prrr* It's become so much easier to find and wip up new recipes when you have most if not all the ingredients and the equipment to do so. My kitchen feels full of magic!"

I originally bought a bunch of apples so i could make an apple pie and remake the nut powder pie crust that was too good to be true from my cheesecake attempt, BUT now that i have the ebelskiver pan my book has a recipe for spiced apple pancake. And we just bought skewers from last weeks shishkabobs!

Its easy to make pancakes gluten free too so im not even worried anout lack of fluffyness. I am mot experienced with cast iron though. My poor lil wrists cant hold the pan for long. 😭
