I’ve never hated someone so much that I want to inflict sexual violence on them. It’s a bit terrifying how a substantial part of the population doesn’t feel the same . I won’t pretend to be some saint with no disturbing or vengeful thoughts on those I despise but it still baffles me just how common it is for males to get turned on by the prospect of SA explicitly being used as a weapon .

I remember watching this documentary (twice, actually) and sobbing uncontrollably. This scene really hit me because she let these words out reluctantly. She was silent and then said “wait, I have something to say.” We often forget that not everybody is just “accustomed” to their circumstances and that some people are just “built” to endure these hardships. They too suffer and they too want a way out.

also something people need to accept re: "what if they (more often 'he') are neurodivergent" is if behavior is literally directly harming other people you really can't expect sympathy regardless. i'm diagnosed bpd, I have advanced knowledge on this topic.

breaking social norms alone is not harmful. harmful is physically harming and/or tormenting people. to me

we need to start legally protecting these like make this kind of bathroom part of the national park system

Collecting books is great until you have to move all of them at once and realize that every one of the little bastards weighs about as much as a brick and collectively have the mass of a neutron star
