usually, at the end of the day, i take a moment to reflect. if something triggered me, re-opened an old wound that day, i write down the scenario and reflect deeply why that must've happened.

it's important to be fully honest with yourself here. really reflect on yourself & identify where that behaviour, feeling, etc came from

since i struggle with anxiety, paranoia & generally want to shape my mindset to something more positive, i always also put motivational words at the end. like how my doubts, or fears, etc are still old wounds that take time to heal & positive thoughts to kinda hype myself up. to accept myself in this, and also keep myself from diving deeper into my anxiety ❤️
