In the future, I’m thinking about writing fanfics in regard to some of my interests… I just need to find the time lol. I’m very open minded when it comes to different topics. I would love to lend an ear to those who need it <3

I’ve been wanting to crochet Wukong for a few months now, and a few days ago I saw someone post their own try at amigurumi Wukong (this is them @ghostwithacoffee )

So here’s my own attempt!!! I got his look inspiration from black myth Wukong game as well as some descriptions from Journey to the West (peep his pointed ears hehe). It’s not that good BUT I tried my best. I even tried to crochet a staff…I couldn’t do it T_T

I had to rack my brain into making his tunic, and his tiger pelt thingy because there are no patterns for it 😂 so bear with me if it looks fugly lol

If I ever get to fixing him up more (such as giving him a staff, fixing his head band, and a few other things) I’ll definitely post a finished version!!!!!

Alright, now I can rest my hands…this took me about seven hours to crochet/making up my own patterns for the accessories 😩

Here we have one of the MANY times Wukong has threatened to hit Bajie😂

Bajie accepting defeat and telling Wukong to hit him is too funny. Bajie fears him, but honestly who wouldn’t fear a feral monkey king with a weapon that can cause harm just by grazing you?!?

Wukong being in a decapitation contest and being excited for it is crazy😭 he even said “it was fun”

I like whenever we see different sides of Wukong, such as being anxious whenever his severed head didn’t come back to his body, which caused him to grow another head lol.

Here we have Wukong admitting he cannot stay still for the life of him😂 It makes sense that Wukong is the kind of person/being that constantly has to be moving or keeping busy….honestly same.

Throughout the story it mentions how Wukong sometimes can’t sleep or rest because he has other things on his mind 😂

Wukong, Bajie, and Friar Sand all share one brain cell and it’s very evident in this moment of the story 😭

The Taoist monks asked for holy water and Wukong had the grand idea of filling the jars with urine instead T_T

“Stinking piss” “sound was like that of a torrent” I CANT WITH THE DETAILS😂💀

Then they have the audacity to straighten themselves, act all professional, and tell the monks to come get the “holy water.”😩

I didn’t include the rest but just know the elder Taoist monks ended up drinking the piss and even smacked their lips to taste it better….
