[Text: This system feels like they can’t speak up about pain or sickness they feel because it isn’t “the worst”.]

[Text: This system struggles with coping mechanisms because they tend to turn obsessive and harmful due to OCD.]

You do not need to share or explain every part of yourself and your system.

There are things that people will never understand because being a system is different for each person that it affects.

There is a reason you're a system, even if you can't remember the details.

It's okay to find joy in some parts of it

You've survived . You've made it this far

You are doing wonderful , and hopefully, it'll be safe enough to heal

You are valid

Your struggle is real

The memories that haunt you are not for nothing

There is so much more to being a system than just being multiple people , it's confusion , dissociation , struggling to feel safe , not trusting the people around you even when you want to. There is so much that other people may never understand.

You can't force someone to understand

You can't force someone to experience what you have

It can feel as if you have no real control at some points

And I can't promise things get better, but I can acknowledge the struggle that has already happened and the fact I've survived.
