Go Outside and Stay There

For those of you who don’t follow me on Instagram @tg_hammond, you should, I post a lot more content there. Also, this is Reuben. He doesn’t buy his gnar pre-shredded. He prefers to shred it himself.

I know this isn’t my normal kind of post, but I haven’t posted anything in a little while. So I thought I’d leave everybody with this lovely lady. Honestly, people are my favorite thing to photograph, and I think that’s why I like climbing photography so much. There’s so much emotion and passion to be captured. Anyways, when school slows down a bit I’ll be out climbing more to take some more pictures!

It’s the best feeling when you find a bomber rest on a hard sport climb. This is Xzavier Thompson taking a nice sit right before the crux on “Naked Lunch” (5.12a) at the Red River Gorge.

For a boulderer he sure can crush on some sport routes.. This is Sky Gallagher sticking the crux move on the 5.12a “Dogleg” at the Red River Gorge. Did I mention this is only his 3rd time sport climbing?

First full day at The Red was a success! The rain has been a pain, but we’re managing to find some dry stuff. This is Xzavier Thompson on Naked Lunch (5.12a) at the Drive-By crag.
