both of you took careful sips of your drink as soft music played in the background , and cg flipped the page of the book they were reading to you , your head resting comfortably on their shoulder .

they set all the different cookies together in a big festively decorated plate , “ look at that , little one , it’s all of us ! “

“ i call dibs on teddy ! “ you giggle and snatch the cookie , running over and landing on the couch .

they smile and grab a cookie , sliding onto the couch next to you , taking a bite from the warm , soft cookie , “ mmm! we did a wonderful job , kiddo ! wanna do it again next week ? “

. set up a nice bubble bath ! bring an electronic and set it up next to the bathtub and play your favorite show or series ! or if you’d like , bring your favorite book and read it while lying comfortably in the tub . set to the side a plate of your favorite snacks perhaps !

. set up a blanket nest in your bed ! put on your warmest pajamas and bring all your comfort items in with you ! bring your stuffies , paci , snacks , sippie / bottle and a heating pad for any cramps . watch your comfort show while you’re all bundled up !

. personal favorite of mine is grabbing a nice drink ( maybe hot cocoa or tea ) and curling up in bed with a good book . listening to asmr or music in the background to help concentrate . bonus points if you’re in a really comfortable outfit , maybe a onesie or some jammies !

. cuddling ! grab your cg or a pet and cuddle up with them ! the dopamine is sure to help you feel better . it’s even better if your cg can read to you or if you’re listening to / watching something together ! grab a paci and a sippie / bottle and relax .
