To avoid breakage, dont put your hair up while it’s wet! And if you have to, use something gentle like a scrunchie instead of a hair tie. It can also be harmful to twist your hair up into a towel after you shower, try scrunching it dry with a t shirt or microfiber towel instead. It’s also important to get regular trims to cut off any dead ends, because when they break off they make your hair even shorter! Aside from that, some people recommend taking biotin + a healthy diet for hair growth. I dont have any experience with biotin but some people swear by it! Google it if you’re curious, good luck💓xoxo

This can be very true for most hair types!!! If you have natural/textured hair, washing your hair once every 1-2 weeks can work great. However, if you have bleached/fine hair like mine, every 1-2 days is completely fine!! If I let my hair go longer than 3 days between washes it would be a greasy mess. It’s best to pay attention to your hair and figure out the regime that fits your hair type best💓xoxo
