it’s SO HARD when something you want to do for yourself effects so many people negatively i just wish this never happened i want my old life back

my heart is beating so loud and it’s physically getting harder to breathe i don’t know what to do because i don’t know how to do it and i just want everything to be okay i wish i never created this life for myself because i’m starting to not know what to do if i didn’t have it it’s been so long since i’ve felt real comfort and i want it back but i’m scared i’m going to ruin things for other people and i don’t want to do that but i also need to think about me but ive never done that i just want to be happy and comfortable and relieved and soft and better
