THIS is only a sanctuary for the evil and heartless. If you were looking to torture and abuse and kill then this place was  p e r f e c t. Glenn hadn’t been allowed to see Maggie, let alone hear anything about her; for all he knew his pregnant wife was dead. He wasn’t going to cry, despite how badly his eyes stung && his throat closed up when he thought about her; which was nearing on all the time. The others were scattered at random, clumped into groups of 3 or 4 just for the amusement of Negan. The leader was psychotic, beyond reach unlike anyone they had ever yet encountered. They weren’t all going to get out of this alive. They probably weren’t going to all get out of this sane.

        IT WAS GOOD that they had this now; it was  g r e a t. -------         Maybe even BETTER than before. At least, Glenn thought          that it was possible to persuade his quickly developing thoughts         of that. Ever changing were the tides of calm && destruction----         but they had rebuilt Alexandria once before && they could certainly         do it  a g a i n.         With an elbow propped on the shiny clean surface of the kitchen         island, Glenn stared at Judith Grimes. She too had changed so         much in the time they had known each other------ how long had it         been now? Glenn could swear that they’ve known each other for         years longer than was true.         “What’s up with your dad and Michonne?” He blurted. His timing         remained a constant unfortunate, however. “I mean, are they a          thing now?”
