Sometimes that’s the perfect reaction though! It adds a little humor to scary moments for the audience, and I think it usually goes over well. So that wouldn’t be a bad thing.

Maybe if I was in a Scary Movie or something, but nobody could take my character seriously in something... more serious.

I will say that sometimes they don’t even tell you when someone or something is going to pop out to get a more genuine reaction. I’ve made some really weird faces in those moments, and thankfully not many have ended up in final edits. No judging, I swear!

Ohhhh, I mean, you definitely need to check it out. At least I thought season 3 was the best one yet? Like, it was just more messed up and… I already can’t wait for season 4. I’m glad Netflix decided to 𝒶𝓃𝓃𝑜𝓊𝓃𝒸𝑒 it early that they were coming back because otherwise, I might have passed out in anticipation. Same with like OBX and Julie and the Phantoms, like, can’t they just announce whether we’re getting new seasons?!?! I’m dying. haha.

Really? Oooh, well, then, once I’ve finished up with what I’m watching right now, I’ll try my best to start back with season 2 and persist to the new season! Yeah, it’s the worst, especially when they leave the show on a cliffhanger. I’m still waiting for there to be a third season of Mindhunter finally announced, because it’s a masterpiece of a show, but the news is all “well it’s on hold for now, but maybe it’ll come back”.

A reindeer? I have many questions, George. How does one purchases a reindeer on the internet? Was it alive? Did it have a red nose and where other reindeers jealous of it? I have no idea, I’m just going on what she’s told me - it’s maybe an important tidbit of information to say that she lives in Finland, so that may have made the reindeer purchase easier. I’d love to, she’s wild. It’s a pleasure to meet you, too! I rewatched Knives Out the other day and you’re so good in it. Everybody is, really.

It’s so different. Most of what makes things scary on screen are entirely different behind the scenes. It’s hard to be scared when there’s 50 people on the other side of the camera staring at you. It was a meme from awhile back! Just one of those words that stuck around.

Exactly! Like it’s usually the jump scares that really get me, but obviously whilst filming, you don’t have much of that - you tend to know what’s going to happen. Ah, I see. I’m... very inept when it comes to most memes, unless my sister tells me about them. Please don’t judge me.

I’m currently working on a couple projects being ‘Babylon’ and ‘Asteroid City’ also might soon be working on something with David O. Russell that has yet to be named. Well, I’m definitely swinging by, I need to see my British babes.

I will absolutely do that! I hate it when people are like that - like, why can’t people just be nice? Is it really that difficult? I don’t think I could ever pursue it fully, I like it being more of an accompaniment to my acting work, rather than its own thing, you know?
