Bisexuality is simply the name of the sexual orientation where there is an innate capacity for attraction to more than one sex, gender/gender presentation. Or to put it another way, having the capacity for attraction to sexes, gender/gender presentations similar to- and different from- one’s own.
There are no “percentages” involved at all.
Being bisexual is just not being monosexual (ie attraction to only one sex, gender/gender presentation). That is all it is. Nothing more. The rest is window-dressing; some regional speech-patterns; personal taste and lived experience or (sadly) sometimes deliberate and malicious obfuscation.
