     A lot can happen in the the two month’s time between the hell that is high school. Fresh drama, new relationships, lost friendships- maybe even a new student or five? School’s out and it’s time to celebrate the summer nights. Altea High may have merged with Daibazaal High after the loss of funding (namely from Alfor Altea) but students at Garrison High were bound to have some fun before the next school year comes around. 

     Yeah, you guessed it- we’re here with a HIGH SCHOOL AU. This is open to all who have a VOLTRON SPECIFIC MUSE. There is no specific timeline or plot to this verse as it’s quite open ended but will loosely follow a typical school year and it’s associated events. It’ll “begin” in the summer before the school year- senior year for many of the characters. Go crazy, have the high school experience you wish you had, give our children the storyline they deserve. 

This verse takes place both here on Tumblr (threads, plotted interactions) and on Discord (plotting, characterizations, events, group chats)- YOU MUST BE WILLING TO JOIN BOTH TO BE APART OF THIS VERSE. The whoosh from the automatic slider doors to the docking bay sounds as Lance trots in. He’s tired, it’s been a stressful past few quintents planning and strategizing with the team and he was desperately in need of a break. They all did, come to think of it. Everyone had their own flavor of downtime. While the blue paladin was privy towards napping or swimming, it’s been a hot sec since he took his lion out for a spin— and they just so happened to be orbiting an ideal asteroid belt that looked like the perfect obstacle course.

                         with lance’s steadiness, however, comes blue’s restlessness. . .  a fact that red has found quite hilarious.  impatience has been transferred from pilot to mech.  bound to the hangar, separate from fellow lions. . she longs for excitement.  to see the stars spiral around her once more.
