personality disorder so rare you could fit all of the szpd tumblr users in one bus

my family therapist convinced me to tell my family about my szpd and it went surprisingly okay !

i hate walking into a psych appointment feeling like im gonna get hospitalized

i would seriously recommend family/couples therapy to other schizoids, i think its actually the only kind of therapy ive done thats helpful

why is it when youre suicidal and trying to distract yourself, suddenly everything references suicide???

maybe if i fake cry then i'll fake feel better

i often think ab how someone that interacts with my anon accounts could be really close to me irl and i would never know. like what if ur my neighbor that i've never talked to and we both just have no idea???

i wish i could try friendships/dating with people that know im schizoid and see if that changes anything but i just dont know how

the way people dont hide their emotions infuriates me

i cant look into people's eyes bc it feels like they can tell that i barely pass for human

therapists tend to not take my struggles seriously bc i dont cry

what do you think is the best job for someone with schizoid pd?
