Zeller mentions offhandedly that he and Price live together, and Will pulls out his phone to search the monthly cost of a two-bedroom apartment in Baltimore, then compares it to the average FBI salary because "There's no logical reason why an FBI agent would need a roommate, much less someone in their own department who makes the same pay."
Price starts to explain that they actually own their house, but Zeller waves him off because it's funnier to keep the #1 profiler in the dark about something incredibly fucking noticeable.
And, even if Will has already figured it out, he leaves it alone because he doesn't want to acknowledge that Zeller exists outside of work.
