Crime Is Fun

Honestly, I think cinnamon rolls and the like are my favorite thing to bake. I’m on the second rise for the Chelsea Buns as seen on Tasting History, and it was such a great dough to work with. I’ve also got numerous recipes in one of my newer cookbooks for things like orange sticky buns and— well, I can’t remember what they were called, but maybe double chocolate rolls? They’re filled with chocolate and covered in a thin chocolate sauce. Anyway, they’re simpler than they seem and absolutely incomparable to stuff at stores.

While my days off don’t bring nearly as much joy when I’m working third shift, this Saturday of being able to drink and eat and just watch tv feels so nice 😭
