In the end I think I had everything I wanted.
*Did Charlie have character development?
-At first, I realized that she was the same as in the first season, until episode 5 and 6, where she crossed the line. Blaming everyone, and pushing away everyone who tried to warn her and help.
(It's not a bad thing to choose the protagonist to be the main reason for the conflicts of the series, I just thought it was done in a way where I wanted Charlie *to fuck herself.
*Alastor is an incredible manipulator.
-From the beginning he knew that the alastor agreements only benefit him, and no one else. However, in this scene...
-He made a deal with Rosie to fix his "radio bat" where he was introduced to us in the first season being the main power source that alastor used.
The point is that even though it was a life or death situation, it was the first time that an agreement of his not only benefited him, but at the same time saved hell and the hotel guests. (i.e. the first time he saved people around him) wanting his powers back in return.
And that was very interesting in the character. Who I hope will be the best villain in this series. Because as much as I love the Alastor of my stories and ships I have to respect the original that gives me the references I need for my stories 🌹❤️🎙️.
-And I'm going to have a lot of development now that Emily has saved Alastor. It was something very interesting to see that in the second season he was saved by an angel, while in the first it was an Archangel who injured him and almost killed him.
-The parallels are incredible! 🎙️🪽.
-Viv had confirmed that in the first season, it had been a month since they built the new hotel. Meanwhile, everyone thought that alastor had died, even Charlie, that is, there was a reason why they didn't look for him. In addition to him being very injured.
-However, in the second season, we see that alastor is apparently very angry about his situation, throwing a tantrum and not doing his duties as "hotel manager". I don't blame him for suffering humiliation in battle, but he didn't use an angelic weapon, and he was distracting Adam (which was his role, which Charlie told him to do) but it's Alastor, he wouldn't miss the chance to show his power. And that was his mistake... (let your guard down, and rely too much on your strength).
And in the second season, we see the consequences of that. And in the end he is Charlie doesn't have many interactions but their moments indicate that he blames her or is angry.
And at the end of the battle, another thing that made me sad was the reactions of Charlie with alastor, and his father. Both suffered in the battle of vox and she only in the "power of friendship" that made me mega angry.
I know it was a beautiful moment where for the first time the Olerlords helped save their home, alongside the characters in the hotel
It was one of the best moments of my life, and epic and emotional scenes I've ever seen😭❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜🩷
But seriously, Charlie could have reacted better to her father.
Well, that's the end. I had many references and reflections of the characters that will help me later 🩷🌹🎙️❤️.
