Had a couple busy weeks of distractions from art (I just turned 30 on the 9th, yay new age decade!), so I didn't post like I planned, but here's just a little double sketch from today. Most of my illustrations start off like this. A loose sketch, then a detailed sketch, then I *would've* cleaned it up and added the details for the finished lines before starting on colors. Buuuuuut as I drew this, I lost the vision I had! I wanted to draw Aang :') I realized the body type didn't suit him, I couldn't find solid reference for his new movie outfit, and I ran out of time today. I will absolutely be posting Aang, but it sadly won't be from this sketch lol. If you read this far, thanks! :)
