I just wanted to share the lunch I had yesterday with you ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ It was an easy, low-calorie meal (just 260 cal in total)
ᯓ★ 140g tofu – 178 cal ᯓ★ 150g salad – 21 cal ᯓ★ 15g honey – 46 cal ᯓ★ 20ml soy sauce – 16 cal I simply sliced the tofu, mixed the honey and soy sauce, then poured it over the tofu. After that, I popped everything in the oven (30 min, 180°C, fan setting) and that was it!

I don’t know how to say all the things that are in my head without coming off as being attention seeking and angsty. I don’t want to be alone. Im a clingy person by nature, but everything in my head has gotten so much more complicated from when i was a kid and not eating made it go away. It doesn’t go away anymore. No matter what I do I’m between two extremes and it feel’s like there’s no way out other than death. I don’t want to be another “no one saw it coming” but it feels like no one wants to notice at all. I’ve tried to reach out and it feels like everyone, including the people I love and trust most, want to quickly comfort me and then act like everything is okay again. Because to them it is okay. They saved my day and i’m over in in their heads. Im not over it. I don’t know if ill be over it until im under the dirt.
