“Hey there…! Yo! Are you… fun? Er, having.. having fun?” Tomoko called out to the man, hands cupped over her mouth. She was attempting to speak English, as she’d been practicing it, but it was still heavily accented. Tomoko didn’t show any signs of being embarrassed- she actually looked quite pleased with herself for trying. She waved her hands for emphasis, sticking out in the open like a sore thumb. 

he’d been ordered to the little festival for work, sent to report on this and that. what else could he do but take pictures of people eating fried butter and cram funnel cakes down his gullet? true, he’d get his cardio in at some point, but he didn’t need to eat this many funnel cakes.

“That’s because they’re runes you idiot!”

“WAH WAH, THEY’RE RUNES! WHATEVER THEY ARE, THEY’RE FUCKING CONFUSING.” danny continued to hold the book, tilting it from one side to the other.
