thank you so much for sharing your story towards me. ;w; there are times where i am overthinking if i'd pass this stage of my training for customer service because i severely messed up (it was not that bad but) and i - i feel like i'm not doing well even though i know i am kind of? i am happy though that i managed to make an irate customer giggle though which was a good experience for me.

i truly love studying humanties, how people work and all - it stems from experiences and i just don't want to be clueless because for a long time i was clueless. i only told it in my narrative report for my internship and i said there: i could've chosen to study arts/design but i chose to pick the nearest to what i lost because i love meeting people (even though i am horrible at social interactions) and exploring food and culture and i just want to know why things are this way, etc.,. as for a long time, i'm just here stuck in my own world. and to be honest, i need to help myself.

i truly appreciate you reaching out to me and i do honestly think that you're amazing as well. you pushed through and!!! i wish you well and i know for a fact that you will flourish more.
