Tibetan Bowl New Moon Healing Ceremony I will be hosting a unique and powerful #workshop to celebrate the first New #Moon of 2016. I spend some quality time with a #friend today and he asked me which #healing technic or #teachers or books or retreat he should look at... My answer was simple. There are no retreat, no book, no #guru, no places, no #shaman which will give you more growth, more healing and more understanding than this simple practice: #PRAYER. You don't have to be religious but pray to #god or the #universe or your #HigherSelf or higher #consciousness or #Christ or #buddha or #Allah or anyone or anything that has a true deep #meaning for you in your #HEART. And the only prayer is to say #THANKYOU. Thank you for anything you are grateful for. Just thank you. If you can do this every day, for 5 minutes, then you will receive the highest teachings, the deepest healing. And if you want to pray a little longer you can add a second prayer which is to "Ask to be of service". Ask your God, to be an instrument. To be the hollow bone.
