It’s not having excuses to eat and maintain or gain weight
It’s “No I can’t eat this. I can go longer without food”
It’s making progress no matter what or how Much food is around.
Wonder why you aren’t losing weight? You aren’t anorexic. You’re a wanna be.
Don’t be a wanna be. That’s pathetic… if you are going to starve yourself then do it. None of this part time ana crap is gonna make you skinny and you will never reach ur goal.
