three days & hitching's the scheme. found a nice cruiser frame ditched in the bushes & rebuilt it. it's blue, and the brand's apollo, so i'm calling it moon mission. i rock it (rocket?) all over town. it's amazing how easy it is to live off the streets here. so far i've got a whole new wardrobe (snazzy checkerboard vans kicks, jeans, swanky shirts & american apparel hoodies, skirts, & nearly a calf-length leather coatâŚbut it was too small). the moon bike, some art supplies, & all the food you could ever need. live two lives. it's like holding your arms out, walking backward across the burrard bridge late at night. fence, fence, fence, and thenâŚ.black water. "we'd rather you didn't, but we'll drive you to the very last stop, and if you get out and walk without looking back, we'll understand."
