-Gerda sneaks up behind Devi and covers his eyes with her palms-
Guess who it is~
Judging by the hands, a sly huntress from Nessus, It’s you Gerda isn’t it?
It's me! Me!
-Gerda hugs the exo, pressing her chest tightly against Devi's back-
I missed you!
Can’t say I didn’t miss your presentation either, certainly been quite while since I saw you around, any interesting tales?
I hunted down the alpha moose! The beast forced me to spend nearly a week in the deep woods — I even had to swim across a lake to reach the island where it was hiding. But I caught it! Its hide now makes a magnificent rug for the floor of my new home! And the fur is so warm and soft!
-Gerda steps forward to stand face-to-face with Devi-
Just another fine trophy for my collection!
Sounds like quite the hunt, Definitely a nice thing to hear these day, bet that rug will be absolute nice and soft to lay on
Oh, of course, of course... Don't you want to give it a try? It's a large hide; we'll both fit on it perfectly.
-Gerda is trying to cuddle again-
I have so many things I want to show you...
Very tempting
-Levi places a hand onto her cheek-
What kind of things?
-Gerda shouts like an excited child—the way a child might when a parent asks what they did at kindergarten-
I made a garland out of bird skulls, and I even managed to make it glow! And I caught a beautiful butterfly and pinned it inside a frame! Oh, and I caught a BIG fish for the first time!
-Gerda spreads her arms wide, as if showing just how big the fish was-
That’s quite large I have to say, Living up to your hunter nature aren’t you? Impressive
Oh, I try to clear that bar — even leap right over it, like a deer jumping a fallen log. But you, Devi... you don't even keep your promises!
-Gerda gives the exo in her chest a gentle nudge-
You promised to take me to the Moon.
I did, didn’t I…well then Gerda, tell me your ship or mine? Cause we go together in one ship or could alway go up there separately
Oh, I’d rather share a single seat with you. So I choose your ship. I promise I won’t take up much space…
There’s plenty of room in the pilot seat, can be quite comfortable even with company, so….Off to hanger and to the moon?
-Gerda nods affirmatively, then stretches out her hands toward Devi and makes grasping motions with her fingers, clearly hinting at something-
-Devi takes a moment to think about the what the hint could be-
Are you asking me to carry you?
Yes, I want you to carry me! You're an Exo too — you'll be able to carry me!
-Devi swoops Gerda off her feet before carrying her to his ship-
-Gerda embraces Devi around the neck, pressing her side against him, and rests her head on his shoulder-
Did you keep the chameleon on your arm?
Still got it under the sleeves
-The Exo takes her inside the ship, where the first thing seen is a small living area which is not the most organised and seems more utilitarian than comfortable-
You have no idea how much I want to draw something else on you~
-Gerda casts a fleeting glance at the ship's interior, refusing even to get down from Devi's arms-
Perhaps you’ll get a chance on the moon
-entering the the cockpit of the Ship, its it spacious enough for two-
But first, we’ll look at something beautiful. You promised to show me a beautiful moonlit spot.
True I did promise that, and I am a hunter of my word
-The hunter sets her down nearby by sitting down himself and firing up the engines and taking off, with the power of the engines and thrusters being felt throughout the ship-
How beautiful is it there? Are there mountains? A moonlit forest?
-The huntress crept closer to Devi again and pressed against him like a kitten seeking affection-
Well it’s the moon, not much in terms of fauna expect the white rock…and whatever the hive have built around, though it the view’s are nice, good vantage point too
Oh, so we'll have a bird's-eye view…
-The huntress fell into thought-
It's beautiful. I hope the birds don't crash into me, the way they usually do on Ness.
There’s not birds there, well unless you count the shanks the Fallen have got flying around like flies
-Devi lands the ship in a deep crater-
Aaaah… so what will we be doing on the Moon, then?
-Gerda sneaks up behind Devi and covers his eyes with her palms-
Guess who it is~

X Some bones like ribs or the spine have a nice break sound to them, crunchy and brittle and loud, it's fun to listen to. But the damn bone on the hip? Sounds horrible.
X Not sure I've ever met a species who's hip bone I actually enjoyed cracking... and it's so uncomfortable to like step on it too! and don't get me started on the stupid bones on the feet...
Eh, I like breaking all bones to be honest, there’s no real preference I have. Well uh… maybe the femur and skull? Also the ribs and vertebrae obviously.
X The spine is quitelame, break it once they don't feel pain in half of the body. Thats like fifty percent less fun for a mediocre set of bones at best.
True, but I moreso use it as a method of killing or incapacitating them in combat, before finishing them off. Inflicting pain isn’t as important as killing the enemy when in the field, after all.
X I keep forgetting that everyone here actually sees killing as a feat of sorts...
Most of the time, it isn’t. I and my Radiant Dawn just do it far better and in a far more efficient way than others. And are far better at inflicting pain when there’s a point in doing so, of course~
X What's the point on killing if not to inflic pain?
I kill to get bones for garlands and dreamcatchers. I make coat racks for my cloaks out of deer antlers. My ghost suggested I use a skull as a planter, but I don’t know how to grow flowers.
So...what did i miss?
I killed a bunch of you on Mars, lol !
Oh! You're the mommy issues guy!
WHY DOES EVERYONE KEEP SAYING THAT ! I am more than my dead mother. Stupid light bearers.
Uh huh
Keep telling yourself that kid
You’re like Drifter. I don’t like you.
From what I've seen, you don't like a lot of people, do ya' bud?
You know there's this great spa on the edge of the city. Great exo massages. Real relaxing. You should take a trip, get those weird...metal bits you've got worked on.
Actually, he likes me!

I was hunting for a moose, got lost in the woods, and ended up on an island. I did catch the moose in the end. What happened while I was away?
Normally I’d never contact you, but I suppose this room for an exception.
Ellis is dead.
Oh, really? So that brat finally pushed his luck too far? He promised me a new pet… Rufus mentioned some major loss within the Vanguard, but I never imagined the loss would be Ellis. Well, what now?
Now they find a new lightguide, I suppose. And Yú finds a new guardian. The Crucible has been canceled for the foreseeable future, as you can imagine.
Ah, that factory for churning out corpses, blood, and senseless, stupid deaths… The Crucible never interested me, and I’m glad that, at least for a little while, they’ve shut the whole operation down. Maybe now, at least, something other than mule-like stubbornness will awaken in Shaxx.
Nothing of value was lost with its cancellation, yes. My service to The Harbinger, as well as other… unfinished business and missives as one of the members of the reformed Praxic Order are my priorities. One Lightbearer too weak to even serve in the vanguard’s army being slaughtered by some hive has no effect on me, not with everything that’s at stake and everyone that needs to be felled by The Harbinger’s Knife or with a Praxic Blade.
Ah, you’re still angry with me about my relationship with Maya. You're just as much of a grump as Eclipse. But admit it — you liked lounging around with me. You liked it when I pressed against your knees, when I played the kitten. And what about when we shared a bed? Me, Levy, and you…
I didn’t say that, but yes, I am. Not enough to try to kill you on sight or avoid contact under any circumstance though. I have no time for petty grudges due to someone’s allegiance with someone who wants everyone dead and who tortured her wife and thousands of other iterations of her to death.
And no, I was… impartial to it. I didn’t mind it, but it wasn’t out of any interest or emotions towards you.
Oh, you broke my heart... if I had one.
Yeah, I know you don’t. Just like your former lover who’s gone completely dark after leaving the VexNet. I have one at least, even if it’s synthetic.
Maya just needs time to pull herself together! I’m simply not bothering her — that’s all! And don’t go bragging about having a significant other. I have one now, too!
Her echo is dying, and any breaks for her would be wasted time that she can’t afford. Besides, she’s already lost anyway, she just doesn’t know it yet.
And I wasn’t bragging about having one, because I don’t. It’s good that you have one that isn’t someone that wants to kill everyone in the system and kills their spouses though.
@gerda-3
Oh, so you’re going to die all alone! Alone, unwanted by anyone, abandoned like a stray dog! That’s exactly what you deserve! And I have a favorite Exo!
I accepted that fact long ago, before I even became The Harbinger’s Knife, or a Praxic Justiciar. I have no issue with it. And why should I? Any relationship would just be a distraction, a hindrance to my service to The Harbinger or The Order.
@gerda-3
Oh, believe me, later you’ll be wailing and climbing the walls from loneliness. Because there won’t be anyone with you whom you can trust or hold close. You’ll suffer, and I’ll watch it all with joy.

It's me!
-Gerda sneaks up behind Devi and covers his eyes with her palms-
