But they achieved something else: the world record for most spectators of a women's football match!

Until now, like the rest of football teams, the women's team didn't play in the same stadium as the men's team. The men's played in the main stadium while the women's played in a secondary, smaller and lower quality one.

But today, they played in Camp Nou (Barça's main stadium). Take into consideration that Camp Nou is Europe's biggest stadium, and they filled it!

91,553 people attended to watch the match live. This is the world record for most spectators in a women's football match.

The previous record in Europe's Champions League was 50,212 spectators watching Olympique Lyon vs FFC Frankfurt in 2012, while the world record was 90,185 in the final of the world cup between the national teams of the USA and China in 1999.
