I hate cobra kai fans that didn't watch the OG movies first because they immediately assume everything Johnny says about Daniel stealing his gf and winning to an illegal kick was true. A large majority of cobra kai fans, especially the ones I previously described watch the show at such a surface level. They ignore the possibility that a depressed, old, drunk, deadbeat is an unreliable narrator. "Johnny is the real karate kid!!" Tell me you're fucking stupid without telling me you're fucking stupid. Same applies to anyone thay thinks cobra kai is the better dojo, that Sam is weaker than tory, or that Daniel glazes Mr Miyagi.
