Idia Shroud. Your one and only true love. How did you meet him? Doesn't matter. Are you friends? Well... you could say that. He knows you, you think. Maybe not. Who cares? You love him, that's all that matters.

It's another regular day. Wake up, go to class and then do whatever until tomorrow. Well, that was the original plan until you saw him. Your one and only.

What was he doing there, out in the open? Meeting up with someone? No, he couldn't have. He doesn't like being outside, why is he here? Doesn't matter. You need photos.

It's a good thing you brought spare film. Taking secret photos for your shrine is a tough job. Idia is just so perfect, how can you not take as many photos as possible? Just look at him. That dark blue hair which reminds you of the starry nights when you stare at his photos, those bright yellow eyes you could get lost in, those blue lips that just look so kissable...

He's perfect in every way, really.

And then he leaves your sight. He's in the Sam's Mystery Shop. That's okay, you can wait. You can wait as long as needed. For him.

Two minutes, three minutes, four, five... what's he doing in there? Avoiding you? No, he couldn't be. He would never.

Ah, there he is. He's carrying a bag in his arms. What's in it, you wonder...

More. You need more. From every angle possible. He's so perfect. You really do adore him. But why is he in such a hurry? Did he see you? Possibly. You hope not.

You keep taking photos, not even realizing you're following him. Many photos later, you're already in the Ignihyde dorm, watching him enter his room. How sad... But that's fine. You have photos. You can cherish him in the comfort of your own room, where no one will disturb you.

You start to walk back to your dorm, not even knowing your beloved is watching you. Sure, it's just through the security cameras but it's the best he can do. Watching and admiring from the comfort of his room. He's been watching for awhile. Following, not leaving you out of sight. How could he? You're so perfect... I mean, the camera footage shows it right there. All the clips he has saved, all the angles, everything. It's just adorable. Of course he knows you love him, he's seen you taking photos. He knows how much you adore him and yet he can't bring himself to tell you. Why? Not even he knows.

Well, that was until one day, while you were going about your normal routine. You've been taking photos for hours now. This is the longest Idia's ever spent outside, I mean, it's a miracle! Sure, it's out of character for him but whatever helps you get more photos.

He's on a bench, scrolling through his phone. He stood up. Take more photos, he's leaving. Should you follow him? Yes.

Where is he going? Oh, the Mirror Chamber. He's going back to his room, you guess. Or not..? That's the mirror to your dorm! Why is he going there? Does he want to pay you a visit? Shit, what are you supposed to do now?! You can't just run past him!

Idia walks through the hallways of the dorm. God, he's cute even with his hood up... He knocks on the door to your room. No answer. He knocks again. Nothing. He looks around and grabs the door handle. He opens the door and...

Wait, he opens the door?! Did you not lock your room?! Shit, shit, shit! He's in your room, he's gonna know! You have to run after him, you have to explain! He's gonna understand.

"Idia, I can explain!"

You stand at the door way to your room, Idia is right in front of you, staring at all the photos of him that are plastered all over the walls. You just hope he doesn't hate you now.

He turns to you, , giving a slight smile.

"You... like me?"

"I'm obsessed."

"...me too."

It was the happiest day of your life.

I tried my best. I can't really write stuff like this but it's been on my mind for some time, yk yk.

Class was boring. Pretty much everyone was napping as professor Trein kept talking about History of Magic, his cat meowing occasionally. You were about to fall asleep too until you felt a tap on your shoulder. You turned around and saw Floyd holding out a piece of paper to you, giving you a toothy grin. You smiled back, took the paper and unfolded it to see a doodle of him holding a big heart with words "I love you" written above it. What a talented artist he is.

"Write something back..!"

He slouched in his chair and leaned on the desk, staring at you. His grin didn't leave his face once (not in a creepy way, he just likes looking at you). You picked up a pencil from your desk and started doodling back, looking up from time to time just to make sure Trein hasn't caught you slacking off.

Once you were done, you folded the paper and gave it back to Floyd. When he unfolded the paper, he giggled and immediately started doodling again. After a few seconds, he folded the paper and gave it back to you. This time, it was a doodle of him hugging you with "Cuddles later?" written next to it. You folded the paper and put it aside, turning to Floyd and nodding.

His grin got even wider (if possible) before he tapped your thigh and opened his hand under the desk. You placed your hand on his as he intertwined your fingers together, leaning on his desk again and swinging his legs. You smiled at him and turned back to the board, listening, or at least pretending to listen to what professor Trein was saying.

That didn't last long, though.

Floyd let go of your hand to rip out another piece of paper and start doodling again, kicking his feet back and forth. He didn't fold the paper this time but just gave it to you, grinning again. The paper had a few random doodles. One was of him and you holding hands, one was just you in a big heart, and so on. You took out your pencil and started doodling back, writing a few notes here and there.

After a few minutes, you two managed to fill out the entire paper with doodles and notes. Floyd grabbed your hand again, intertwining your fingers and squeezing your hand slightly. He turned to the clock and then back at you.

"Class is almost over, Shrimpy..."

You nodded and turned to professor Trein again, who somehow didn't notice the commotion at your desk or just chose to ignore it.

Another few minutes passed and class finally ended. You didn't even have time to properly put your things back in your bag before Floyd grabbed your wrist and pulled you out of the classroom with him. As soon as both of you exited, he let go of your wrist only to grab you rather harshly and throw you over his shoulder.

"Now we can cuddle all day!"

He started giggling loudly, practically stomping his way to Octavinelle, holding you tightly over his shoulder.

Once you were in his and Jade's room, he threw you off his shoulder and plopped next to you on his bed, immediately hugging you. He buried his face in the crook of your neck and closed his eyes. You could feel his smile against your skin as he started mumbling to you, lifting his face from time to time to give you kisses between sentences as you did the same.

*kiss*

"Today was such a long day..."

"I don't wanna go work at the Monstro Lounge..."

"We should stay here together forever, right, Shrimpy?"

And he wasn't lying. Even if you didn't have that many classes today, he still seemed tired of it. All he wanted to do was spend the rest of the day with you, cuddling, kissing and talking random nonsense, just enjoying the moment. Enjoying the moment with the love of his life.

- okay so to start off, he confessed by sending you a letter to meet up with him if you feel the same way

- he was waiting for you at the agreed spot and holding a bouquet of lampgrass in his hands (he's nervous, can you blame him?)

- when you accepted his confession he was so happy he wanted to pick you up and twirl you around but he didn't because he has to keep his cool

- his love language? Most likely quality time, gift giving and a pinch of physical touch

- he's a busy man, being a Ragnvindr, so he would often send you flowers and/or small gifts to your doorstep with an apology letter, saying he'll visit as soon as he can

- loves it when you visit him at work and would love you to do it all the time because the mere sight of you makes him happy

- still, he can't get distracted from work so it's best to talk to him when he has free time or on his break (after work is the best though)

- when he ISN'T busy with work, however, he spends every. single. moment. just with you

- very much likes holding your hand while walking through Mondstadt, just chatting away without a care in the world

- now, when you're in bed? He loves holding you close to him (big spoon every time <3) and just burying his face in the crook of your neck or laying his head on your chest, listening to your heartbeat

- please kiss his forehead before you go to sleep it gives him extra comfort and makes him feel loved

- he would let you play with his hair and style it whenever you're alone if you want

- would definitely let his hair down on purpose so you can run your fingers through it to help him fall asleep

- not the biggest fan of PDA, most of the affection is kept private aside from occasional hand holding and cheek kissing

- he'd ask you to move in with him most definitely (please say yes, that would make him very happy)

- he actually wants to marry you and start a family and may or may not be planning an engagement for when you both start discussing marriage and family

- if you were to offer to take care of his grapevines, he'd be very grateful but ask you not to do it because you deserve to rest and live your best life 24/7 (very happy when you help around, though)

- if you prefer wine over grape juice he'd be okay with it but would still try to convert you to become a grape juice drinker instead

- dates, oh dates with Diluc which are always so perfect

- romantic dinner under a candle light, rose petals surrounding you with lampgrass in a vase on the table in-between you, a few string instrument players playing your favorite song as you eat and later dance around carelessly

- a picnic on the Starsnatch Cliff under the starry sky, both of you lying on the blanket, cuddled up together and thinking of nothing and just enjoying the moment

- it's all just so perfect no matter what kind of date it is, really

- he is so in love with you, please treat him right and don't be afraid to hold back with showing your love to him

- overall, I'd say a solid ∞/10, he's just so wonderful, there is truly no flaws to this man

Idia was worried. It wasn't anything too serious, really. Except you didn't answer his messages for the last few hours or answer his calls. Too bad your boyfriend was an overthinker. Were you purposely ignoring him? Do you not love him anymore? What if something happened to you? No, that couldn't be it. You were probably just busy with your commissions. You've been getting a lot of them lately, after all. You were probably just working hard, slouched at your desk, drawing away. You did tell him you were going to be busy. Still, he couldn't shake off the feeling something was wrong.

He was lying down on his bed, phone in his hand, staring at the last message he sent you. No answer whatsoever. You didn't even leave him on read, how cruel is that!?

At that moment, his worry got the best of him. He got up, put on his jacket, hood over his head, phone in his pocket. It wasn't a big deal, he just wanted to check up on you. A quick trip to your room just to see if you're okay. Nothing else.

He had to mentally prepare himself for this. Cracking the door open slightly, he peeked out to see no one in the hallway. That was when he made his move and quickly walked through the Ighnihyde hallways, to the mirror chamber and finally, your dorm room.

Idia stood there silently, looking around and checking if anyone saw him. He knocked on your door. No answer. He knocked again. Still no answer. What could you be doing that you didn't answer the door? It's not like it was late at night or early in the morning. That just made him worry even more. What if you were actually ignoring him? What if something actually did happen to you?

Then, he gathered up his courage, taking a deep breath and slowly opening the door to your room. And there you were, sound asleep on your work desk at your drawing tablet, the pen still in your hand with the drawing program opened, showing your unfinished work.

Relief washed over Idia when he saw you were perfectly fine, just seemingly exhausted from all the work you had. He let out the breath he forgot he was holding, took off his hood and quietly shut the door to your room, walking over to you and taking the pen away from your hand.

Putting the pen on the desk, he turned off the tablet and picked you up bridal style, placing you on the bed and covering you with a blanket. What he didn't expect, however, was for you to wake up and call out his name. He let out a panicked squeak and jumped slightly, looking at you.

"Uhm... Y-Yeah?"

"What are you doing..?"

"Nothing! Nothing... I'll just leave--"

"Wait, no..."

"Huh?"

Idia turned to you as you tugged his sleeve, trying to pull him on the bed with you. Shakily, he sat down at the edge of your bed, looking away from you and blushing, tips of his hair glowing pink. He let out another squeak when you pulled him down with you on the bed and wrapped your arms around his waist, cuddling into his chest and slowly falling asleep again.

He did not expect that. Stiff as a board, he slowly wrapped his arms around you and placed his head on top of yours. After a few minutes, which to him felt like hours, he fell asleep too, all the worry leaving him as he relaxed with you in his arms.

- you'd have to confess first no matter what

- it might not seem like he's taking it seriously but he most definitely is

- VERY touchy-feely (not in an inappropriate way, he just likes giving you hugs and kisses)

- his way of showing love is quality time and physical touch (once he clings onto you it's all over until he decides he doesn't wanna hug you anymore)

- he's also careful when he kisses you because he doesn't want to hurt you with his teeth <3

- he tried making you a gift once but he wasn't in the mood to finish it so he never actually gave it to you (he's doing his best though!!)

- words don't work for him either

- I feel like he doesn't wanna hurt you by accidentally saying the wrong thing so he just keeps telling you "I love you" at least 100 times per hour

- is he protective? Yes

- he doesn't like seeing other people with you so he'd cling onto you when he gets jealous

- DATES, dates, dates

- everything is a date to him

- holding hands in class? Date. Cuddling in bed on a free weekend? Date. Climbing trees in the school yard and looking for birds' nests? Date.

- he also has a habit of coming to your room at night randomly just to cuddle you in your sleep

- he doesn't have any idea of an ideal date as long as it's with you (he's willing to adapt to you whether you're introverted or extroverted)

- when in a bad mood he'd either avoid you at all costs (as to not hurt you) or cling onto you until he feels better

- sometimes, when you're at the Monstro Lounge, he'd purposely jump into the aquarium to turn into his eel form so you can watch him doing cool stuff underwater

- he asks Jade for advice on what to do so he doesn't mess up on accident

-overall very sweet and lovely take care of him and he'll take care of you too

- first and foremost he will NEVER confess first

- unless he confesses to you anonymously over text and plans it out with help of the one and only Ortho

- that man is so fucking scared he will not come out of his room to hear your answer to his confession so you gotta visit

- he will not believe you if you say you like him back so you gotta convince him

- now, his love language? Definitely quality time and later physical touch too

- like the socially anxious man he is, he's very happy when you're willing to spend time with him in his room, playing videogames and watching anime

- after a few months into the relationship he shows signs of being touch starved

- he's too scared to actually give you physical affection so he'd only do small things like holding your pinky with his and maybe lean closer to you

- if you return the affection he'd be overwhelmed and very nervous and shaky but would soon calm down and get comfortable

- he adores having you sit on his lap while he's hugging you and playing videogames

- he did not have his first kiss yet so if you want to do it you have to be very gentle about it

- what about dates, you ask? He would love going out on a date with you, really, but he can't

- he'd much prefer going on vc and playing videogames or just binging some series/movies with you

- would also love to match cosplays with you, you can be the Hori to his Miyamura or the Aren to his Kaidou <3

- he has a secret cat plush only you, him and Ortho know about

- if you actually get him to sleep in the same bed with you he'd be as stiff as a board because he has no idea what to do (still, he wakes up clinged to you like a baby koala to its mom <3)

- he's definitely the type of guy to buy you stuff online too

- like one day you just see a package in front of your door and you open it to see that one thing you've always wanted but were too poor to buy or smth

- he is expecting a response so make sure to send him a photo of how much you appreciate his gift because he put a lot of thought (and money) into it

- we all know he doesn't want to get married yet but when it comes to you he's taking it into consideration for the future (school first, then marriage)

- gets very flustered when complimented but doesn't mean he dislikes it, please tell him more about how handsome and cool he is

- he has a sketchbook filled with doodles of you two holding hands and such (don't tell him I told you, but he has a sketch of your wedding invitation)

- that man gets so bubbly just at the thought of you, he might even start attending classes more, just so he can see you

- overall, if you're looking for a boyfriend to spend alone time with and just relax, he's a 10/10
