today im here to tell you that you shouldnt bottle up how youre feeling!! dont force yourself to be happy when you’re not. dont suppress your emotion because you dont want people to worry. if youre spiraling, having a breakdown, an anxiety attack, or etc. reach out to someone! talking to someone could always make you feel better. i know joking about being depressed and mentally unstable can cope with it sometimes, but it can make people uncomfortable, and its also a very, very bad coping mechanism. joking about harming yourself or anything severely depressing could make people really worry about you. ive bottled up how i felt more times than i can count, and it leads to a much worse feeling, or a far worse breakdown. there are people out there who love you! dont forget that <3

remember, its never too late to change. theres always a chance to be a good person! forgiveness is a wonderful thing, and so is change! even if it doesnt seem like its for the best sometimes, it definitely can be! everyone can change for the good. (sorry if this is incoherent my brain is SO broken today)
