David Haye, his trainer Ruben Tabares, celebrity vocal coach CeCe Sammy and Lizzie Cundy ran a mile for Sport Relief at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London on Sunday 23rd March. The run was filmed live on BBC One. 

Determined to finish Sport Relief on a high the quartet ran a full mile across the Olympic Park smiling and waving to the cheering onlookers.  See David's video of event.

Later the wonderful David Haye made an inspirational speech in support of Sport Relief with Matt Baker, Alex Jones the CEO of SR Kevin Cahill in looking on.

CeCe, after being trained by Ruben, made a valiant effort and had an article written OK! to show for her efforts. Well done CeCe! 

Earlier in the month, David visited BA's flying start programme for Sport Relief which began at Track Academy in Wilsden where he related his journey through sport to the youngsters.

He wrote exclusively for The Mirror in this excerpt:

Do you like to move it move it? Well Miranda Hart, David Haye and David Ginola clearer do as they got the nation limbered up and ready for action for Sport Relief 2014. 

Miranda, with her usual excellent comedic timing, announced the nation ready by proclaiming a Maracattack and busting out some memorable moves including Usain Bolt's lighning pose, Mo Farah's Mo-Bot and the front crawl with the two Davids.

Last Monday we were favoured with a visit from the lovely Bloor Brothers, Lewis and Jim from TOWIE who came to train with David at his Hayemaker Training Camp. 

It proved to be one of the best sessions yet, with the two brothers training out of their skins.

They started off with some light floor work with Ruben Tabares, David's trainer and nutritionist:

and then moved onto the main event - sparring with the man himself, David Haye.

David was very impressed with the spirit of the two brothers and their endurance levels which kept up despite some very tough bouts.

By the end, Lewis and even David were sweating and had to rehydrate with some Go Coco coconut water.

Then, it was on to the dreaded VersaClimber. Lewis, urged on by David, did three rounds on the back breaking machine and was only one away from current record holder Tinie Tempah's score! 

Jim did almost as well nearly matching his brother after three rounds!

What do you get when you cross Made In Chelsea's Spencer Matthews with former WBA champion David Haye? A full blown punch-up. 

Well, not exactly. David put Spencer through his paces showing him what it really means to hit like a world champion. Spencer seemed to relish the challenge, at one point squaring up to David in the ring. Not a great move Spencer, if you value your looks and your kneecaps where nature intended them. But all ended amicably enough with the pair enjoying a laugh and posing for photos.

Next up was nice guy but tough fighter Elliott Wright from TOWIE. Right from the off, it was clear Elliott had some experience and his punches into David's glove echoed round the room. The former champ gave Elliott some direction and more than a few pointers which Elliott seemed to take in account.

The lovely Lizze Cundy then had her turn in the ring, with David taking no prisoners. Lizzie brought her A-Game to the event packing a number of punches with David exclaiming that she had outperformed some male attendees in previous weeks! Girl power. Go Lizzie!

The came the battle of the two AJs: AJ King and AJ Odudu. Both tried hard and established a good workout rhythm throughout the day. Then came their turn in the ring which both savoured.

We're having an absolute blast working with David Haye and his trainers Ruben Tabares and Peter Marcasciano on the Hayemaker Camps - so much so that we haven't updated you with details from the past two camps! 

The wonderful Oliver Proudlock attended the second camp, with both Ruben and David commenting on his excellent physique and strength.

Ollie got up close and personal with David in the ring as David showed him the ropes (pardon the pun) and coached him on best practice.

Ollie then primed itself for the greatest challenge of all: the VersaClimber, a vertical climbing machine that mimics hauling up an extremely steep mountain or scaling a (very) tall wall. 

He came so close to Tinie Tempah's score from last week, but missed the cut by a margin. He has since vowed to come back and beat it. Watch out Tinie, your record is under attack!

We had a brilliant time working with David Haye and his trainer Ruben Tabares on the launch of David’s Hayemaker camp.

David and Ruben in association with fellow trainers Peter Marcasciano and Jeremy Kavanagh launched their new elite training and conditioning camp to the press and public. 

Tinie Tempah, his manager Dumi Oburota and hip-hop rising star Clement Marfo trained alongside David Haye while being given tips and being put through their paces by Haye’s trainer Ruben Tabares. All were given the chance to spar with David in the ring. Tinie proved quite the boxer: nothing Tinie about his Tempah in the ring! 

There was a short pause in proceedings, while David gave a live interview for Sky Sports News in which he commented on the upcoming Groves vs Froch rematch.

Once David’s interview was complete, we awaited the last training event which proved to be by far the most difficult. The challenge? The VersaClimber. The reward? A notch on the side of Hayemaker gym wall. Said to be one of the most brutal exercise machines ever made, Tinie, Dumi and Clement gave it their all. The sound of their pain echoed in the room and was amplified by our hushed silence as we videoed and photographed their exploits from a comfortable distance on our iPhones. By the end, all were gasping for a cold bottle of Go Coco coconut water to reenergise themselves. Tinie looked to have won that round, breaking all kinds of pain barriers to notch the highest score.

Once the event was over, and photos taken, Tinie, Dumi and Clement headed off for what we hope was a well earned lazy Sunday afternoon.

We were so excited to see our very own Leo The Lion perform on on The Voice on Saturday night. Right from the first note, he had Kylie Minogue wrapped round his finger. The 36 year-old crooner, formerly of the band The Streets, wooed the audience with his soulful rendition of Simply Red's "Holding Back the Years", which had Sir Tom Jones rocking to the beat.

But the Leo effect didn't just have Sir Tom moving; Kylie was clearly taken by his soulful tones and sweet falsetto as the superstar songstress boogied down to his vibe. Miss Minogue even went as far as signaling her intent by pushing the 'I Want You' button with her petite derrière. Sir Tom quickly followed suit, which left Leo in the privileged position of choosing who he would like as his mentor.

By the time Kylie had turned round and seen Leo, she was so dazzled she had to go behind the chair and compose herself for a few minutes while her fellow judges gave their comments. After much deliberation, Leo excused himself to Sir Tom and chose Kylie with the latter, still blushing and a little flustered, exclaiming that this could "be interesting".

After parting with a number of hugs, Kylie giggled like a school girl as she let Leo go and returned to her chair where she had to calm herself down.

On Saturday night, the team grooved to the sounds of Faith Evans, Donnell Jones and Sisqo at the amazing RnB Superstars event held at Wembley Arena. Mario Barrett, Bobby Valentino and Ginuwine also performed and gave us chills down our spines as they sang our favourite hits.

We had front row seats for the evening which was well attended by the likes of Leigh-Anne Pinnock of Little Mix, Anthony Joshua MBE, Jahmene Douglas, Lisa Maffia and our very own Gina Rio, Sophie Lawrence and Cece Sammy.
