It wasn’t her fault she was smart enough to learn how to adapt to it quickly and to her best advantage.  Fortunately for him, reading his internal monologue would be a gross abuse of her fourth wall privileges, so he was safe from hearing her explain how to use his new “babe-alicious total hottie powers”.

{ kaine has murdered people in the past (though it's something he's not proud of) and he's just downright done cold, cruel monstrosities. he has, time and time again, bestowed upon others the mark of kaine. he has made others suffer but, at the moment, nothing seems to be making him suffer like this. maybe god's making kaine suffer, finally. sounds about right. } Just stop... { he'd really, really, really appreciate if she stopped ogling him. he knows how some perverted freaks of men like to blame women for being provocative and blaming the fact that what they're wearing makes keeping their eyes out of their skull so tempting.
