“i’m too texas tough for that.” she teased, grinning at him before her phone was settled back in the pocket of her jacket. “i do have good legs huh? its just on the upper right thigh, it’s really light pink.. almost like a nipple color.” she smirked. “i have plenty, which era of drunk gemma do you want?”

“Oh fuck, put it away man that is disgusting,” Ethan looked away from his friend for a second. “And I thought I had seen some pretty gruesome shit in my life but you take the whole damn cake.” 

“come on, don’t be such a baby.” gemma smirked, she rolled her eyes at him and she closed out of the photo. “long story short, i was a drunk and a bike pedal got stuck in my thigh, scar is still there and everything.”

“Thank you kindly.” Parker said taking the plastic fork from Gemma, he dug the fork into the flaky pie crust and got a reasonable amount onto the fork before lifting it up and into his mouth. A pleased moan left him, chewing with satisfaction eyeing the pie and glanced over at Gemma. “That’s outrageously good. Where is this from? I need to steal or buy my own for my home use. Damn that’s one delicious cherry pie.” He said mouth watering for more  helping himself to another bite.

“course, where would my southern hospitality be if i didn’t offer some of the pie.” she said, having been taught to always treat people kindly and with manners unless it wasn’t something they deserved. “one of my clients, not sure if she bought or made it –– but either way i’m not complaining. i can text her and let her know a friend is interested in the recipe if you’d like?” she asks, her brows raised and she poured them each a glass of milk to go with it.

“’Kay, Joan Jett,” Jay snickered. “Oh my god, it’s a table and it’s probably from like… Pottery Barn or something,” he rolled his eyes. He still did love to mess with her. That certainly never changed. “Is it because you want to focus on your own romance?” he stuck out his bottom lip and batted his lashes. Jay laughed again and took another piece with his fork. “Oh now, you want to get me in the recording booth? If I didn’t know better, I’d say you were fond of me, Smoak.”

“pottery barn? hell no. it was my dads where he signed contracts with his band. so get your gross claudhoppers off of the table, kapeesh, nash?” she said, narrowing her eyes. was she truly mad? of course not, jay was a good friend and had been ever since she moved out to L.A. her eyes roll at mentions of finding her own romance, she wouldn’t be opposed if something came along but she wasn’t exactly looking. “with what time? when i’m not in the studio i’m at home sleeping. i’m more into the casual hook ups right now, suits me much better.” she said simply, her shoulders dip into a shrug. “yeah, yeah, yeah. can you just move your ass and get to recording, huh?” she teased and smiled at him.
