You must gather your party before venturing forth

[Persuasion check Difficulty: 16 Roll bonus: +2  (CHA) Roll: 15 (+2) = 17 Success!] Dwarf was eyeing her for a good minute, grumbling and huffing, clearly not fully happy with an offer, but scanning her, pondering whether she had any chance of actually scoring that victory. Jade huffed and snapped her fingers, tiny sparkles of electricity jumping between her fingers, as she casted the shocking grasp cantrip. The dwarf huffed louder and continued to eye her, until he finally stated. ‘You are confident you are going to win, human girl?’ She swallowed the ‘insult’ and folded her arms slowly, her gaze moving over towards the crowd gathering around the ring. There was just more of those full of themselves man and boys, way too sure of their victory judging on size alone. ‘I am from Order of Fallen Stars, all of them are untrained rookies. Unless someone shockingly skilled arrive last minute, it’s an easy win’ She stated, simply, showing off confidence. Not that she was completely sure of it, but not believing in her abilities would be kind of a bad choice altogether. Dwarf hesitates for seconds more but finally reaches out his hand. ‘You got balls bargaining with dwarf, little girl. Deal. Just don’t try and play me, or there will be consequences’ His handshake was strong, almost made her hand hurt. Moments later, she was in possession of amazing armour, far less ridiculous than the previous one and  her pouch remained heavy with additional fifty coin. The armour was stuffed into her bag of holding, making sure it won’t be stolen. She still had some time to kill.

Happy with the result of the little bargain, she turned and gasped at the strand on the left from dwarf. Magically enchanted animals were moving across the wooden counter, dogs attempting to lick hands of enchanted children and cats curiously pushing tiny grains to the ground. She shuffled closer, placing a fox on her palm, watching it chase its own tail.

Suddenly, the ground shook and loud, rambling nose, almost like a distant thunder passed through the square. But instead of looking to the sky, everyone looked at the ground which was suddenly shifting and cracking forming deep, black chasms all over the place. People at the back of the square started falling down the darkness, distant screams and muffled sounds of pain accompanying them on the way. She froze only for second, instinct kicking in right away. [Acrobatics check to avoid falling into one of the chasms Difficulty: 13 Acrobatic bonus: +7 (DEX) Roll: 8 (+7) = 15 Success!] She jumped away, almost last minute into island in between the cracking chasms. She only managed to stare in terror as the giant black pit sucked in stands next to her. The dwarf grunted as one of his heavier armours hit him in the back and he attempted to grasp at something, anything, to not fall down. Jade shoot forward, again, jumping from one island to another in attempt to grab the man and pull him up. [Acrobatics check to get there ein time and not slip Difficulty: 15 Acrobatic bonus: +7 (DEX) Roll: 11 (+7) = 18 Success!] She managed to find herself in right spot, at right time, her hand grasping at the forearm of the rather heavy man. She was watching fear and confusion in his eyes. Cmon, Jade, you managed to get here, now, one last struggle, just pull him up. The thoughts rushed through her mind as she dug her heels into unstable ground and attempted to pull man back up. [Athletics check to help dwarf armourer up Difficulty: 15 Acrobatic bonus: +0 (STR) Roll: nat20 (+0) = 20 UBERSuccess!] Somehow the adrenaline rush and deep desire to save that one life given her strength. She groaned and pulled that man up, almost effortlessly, backing away towards more stable ground. Just in time, because the black chasms but started shooting weird, dark lightning about four feet up in the air. She gasped and covered her lips watching as it striked a woman running off and turned her into dust. Suddenly everything turned into chaos, but the dwarf found moment to find some black humour in him. ‘I suppose it would be right and possible last time to introduce myself. I am Blorg the Hammerhead. And I think you owe me 50 gold.’ Usually that would cause her to snort, but right now, she was trying to figure out what the hell to do. 

What should she do? (You guys can make a decision on her action, for which I will later throw d20 dice and decide how well she succeeded, please send the actions into ask box.)

After few moments of that fascinating action, she huffed and shook her head, moving towards the fighting ring outside of the main square. There were a couple people handing about, but it seemed the duelling board was not filled up yet. Rolling her shoulders, she pushed forward, feeling the amused gaze of two tall village men. At least none of them dared to whistle or catcall her, or she might end up duelling them a little early. The person behind improvised stand was a young boy. His pale skin was peppered with red marks, signs of puberty hitting him hard. The linen shiret hanged on his thin shoulders, but he had a nice smile, so he felt like much better company than the testosterone filled jokes on the side. He was most likely forced to commit this job but local school he was part of. ‘I would like to sign up for the tournament.’ She stated, calmly, a little smile forming on her lips. The boy eyed her, head to toes. She tried to focus on his face and ignore the fact his hormone driven mind was definitely doing things to her, she would never agree for. ‘Mi-Milady for tournament?’ He sounded a little surprised and Jade did her best to fight the eyeroll in response. As progressive world was small towns like this still tend to have weird backwards idea that women made worse warriors. ‘Yes, melady for the tournament. Now be as kind as to sign Jadeitte Harley there. I believe it costs ten silver’ And after that she threw ten coins onto the table, arms folded and eyeing the boy with expression that must have clearly stated she was losing her patience, because he dived in for the piece of chalk and scribbled her name of the board. He followed with stuttering statement, which almost made her feel bad. ‘T-tourname-ment s-s-starts in h-hour, mi-miss…’ ‘Yeah, I will be here.’ And with that, she turned on her heel, moving back towards the stands. 

She had an hour to kill. It would not hurt to find some armour that would be more suitable for tournament, even if her usual one served as great distraction. People rarely focused on the fight as much, when they were laughing.
