Garter Boys

It’s been a long time since I posted here but if there was ever a time to try to fill the world with pretty things, it’s now. 

More FFXIV stuff. A bit blurry around the edge and cut off thanks to realizing belatedly I drew in a sketchbook way bigger than my poor scanner. 

 My Auri WHM Selahdis Gharl in FFXIV. Though primarily a healer by trade, he specializes in earth magic offensively...Also I swear I was planning to give him pants but...*shrug*

MOVE COMPLETE. Now that my walls aren’t naked and most of the boxes are gone, I finally got time to draw again. WIP of OC’s Sam and Ren. Think I’m going to trace a copy and try my hand at some water colors under it before I ink it or anything. 

About a week from moving so I haven’t been drawing as much...partially because half my stuff is in boxes but made some young Sam drawings today. 

Some corrupted forest gods/spirits that have some relation to nameless owl man. Or at least my favorites so far since I doodled on a piece of paper about three times as large as my poor scanner. Whoops

There are too many characters in this book that I love. This is why I’m not allowed to read. Deret Beshelar and Cala Athmaza. Nohecharei to Edrehasivar VII. 

More ‘The Goblin Emperor’ stuff. This time, Maia. 

Day 29: Only missed one day. Not too bad. Figured should celebrate finally finding a book to read. Getting close to half way through ‘The Goblin Emperor’ by Katherine Addison after seeing some fan art of it and I wanted to draw Oshet right away. 

Day 28: More nameless owl man. Trying to draw without thinking too much. Hence the markers and pen so I can’t erase. 

Day 27:....More Amalj’aa. In my head the little bag around his neck has dried petals and a braided bit of Selah’s hair in it to protect him. 

Day 26: This is what happens when you play FFXIV until 4am. You start noticing that the Amalj’aa of the Brotherhood of Ash sorta remind you of the Xaela. Then you start to wonder what if your own character hadn’t ended up running a clinic in the Brume and instead settled down among them. Is this what they call a crack ship? Whoops. Also last few were taken with my phone because...standing is hard. 

Day 25: So...I missed a day. I wonder what could have been occupying all my time. I guess we’ll never know. 

Day 23: Logged on long enough last night to get a new haircut before I had to sleep. Counting down the hours until I’m off work so I can bask in the glow of new dungeons.  

Day 22: I’m too excited for 3.2 and going to work with no sleep to draw anything else. So its a rubbish drawing of a really excited wyvern today. 

Day 21: Osgarde and Merrick Vilmaine. I might actually take it into Painter when I’m not busy anticipating a new patch in game. XD
