Okay, I have to brag for a minute here. Connor had his test yesterday which he had to pass to qualify for a promotion. This test is literally 6 hours of being grilled by department heads about anything and everything related to the companies business, all taking place after presenting a project you've done to better the business at your branch. He spent MONTHS preparing for this, including making the numbers jump incredibly high at his branch for his project. Well, HE PASSED WITH PHENOMENAL NUMBERS!!!! They said his project is the best they have seen in well over a year (which is incredible since they see 5 or 6 projects a month) and he scored in the top percentile in every portion of the grill. I'm so unbelievably proud of how hard he's worked and the success that has come from it. He really has amazing potential and I'm so happy I get to support him as he becomes the best he can be. Yay, boyface!
