Another life update: I went to Singapore and Malaysia last year to see SVT in person and since this started out as a photography blog, I might as well post some of the pictures I took while travelling ๐คท
Twitter update
I'll be going to Big5 in Dusseldorf and that's it for now bc I'm officially working on my BA thesis ๐
๐ค
Don't know if that's of interest but I usually take pictures with my phone at K-pop concerts since I don't wanna get kicked out (German venues are getting stricter and tickets are so expensive, I won't get kicked out for bringing my compact camera lol)
Other than that I use a Lumix-TZ61 at concerts (but I'm saving up for a Sony ๐ค) and my DSLR is a Sony Alpha 290 ... a bit old but she still takes pretty pictures ๐๐
Such a beautiful feeling ๐

I miss you guys. Thanks for the best memories I made in 2019
I wasn't going to post the pictures I took at KBS but I miss the guy who did the special stage, so here we are, I guess
LBM 2019 was fun, thanks for letting me use my DSLR on you guys ๐
Fall Out Boy
.... I just accidentally deleted my review, I'm gonna jump off a cliff.
Anyway.
Even shorter review now. Whatever.
MAX: Dude must've been on something bc of how wild he went on stage. Also, honorary LGBTQ mention!
Against The Current: Lead singer is adorable as hell but the drums were overshadowing her vocals, unfortunately
Fall Out Boy: The aging dad band that uses way too many fireworks. Pete didn't look good today, Patrick was as talented as ever and it feels like MANIA will be one of their last albums ever. Hopefully, Patrick will be able to record his own stuff again
Individual ratings!
MAX: 3,5/5
Against The Current: 3/5
Fall Out Boy: 2,75/5
Surprise of the evening: Young and Menace - piano version (ah, Patrick stop stealing my heart :') )
Harry Styles.
Keeping it short and simple:
I adore Harry. So, so, so much.
I'm rather into K-Pop atm, so I wasn't really in the mood to go see him tonight but when he hit the stage I just thought of what he once said about Louis: That he's a person you can just admire for hours.
And that's what I did. I cried during MUNA's Everything and they were so, so lovely, bless their hearts.
I honestly didn't realize how much I missed him the past three years since I've last seen him but seeing him dance on stage and making weird pun or even counting in German and telling us over and over again how much he loves us and how important we are and that everyone's welcome here ... ah, man. It's like seeing your first love and falling in love all over again.
I'm so proud of him, he's so beautiful and his soul is full of love and kindness.
The only thing I didn't like was a) the sound at the venue and b) how expensive the merchandise was (and only having up to size XL, dude, seriously.)
Other than that, I truly enjoyed myself even if I was just sitting there, staring at him and wondering what we did to deserve him.
Favorite song: Kiwi
Surprise of the evening: Just a little bit of your heart
Favorite moment: ALL THE RAINBOW FLAGS, YAAAAAAAS
Rating: 4/5

A day in Amsterdam
(Technically it was just 7 hours of walking around but okay) So yeah, today was sightseeing day and idk where to begin? I went on a boat trip and went to the red light district to see strippers and "coffee shops" (so. much. weed. [themed. stuff.]). I even went to Sloterdijk bc it's where I'm gonna leave from tomorrow. So I saw the basic things you should see, I didn't go to any museum. I probably missed an interesting district or two. But it was windy, I almost got run over by bikes and cars and something felt a bit off the whole time. Don't get me wrong, Amsterdam IS a beautiful city. But I'm not warming up to Dutch people for some reason. Oh well. At least there were a TON of rainbow flags hanging around. Is that a thing in the Netherlands? Do they know what they mean? Is Amsterdam the gayest city I've been to? Probably. ๐ Other than that, it just gave me a Hamburg vibe, mixed with something Berlin-esque (bc of the people, you do not mess with people from Berlin) and tbh, it's just too expensive for my taste. But then again, I started becoming a fan of Eastern Europe, so that's just my problem ๐ฅ To end this not-really review with a fact: There are over 800,000 people from around 170 countries living in Amsterdam ๐ Rating: 3/5 (And it's been on my bucket list for so long ... we all now know why I haven't gone to Amsterdam earlier ๐ stupid money...)
Little Mix (Day three)
Okay. Amsterdam is beautiful af but Dutch Mixers ... like, nah thanks. But I'm way ahead of myself again. I arrived at the venue at 6.10PM and there were a shit ton of people and they were so fricking unchill, like?? But okay. Everything was fine, my camera was fine. But I wasn't bc I am a smol bean, standing in the fucking pit. My videos look like shit. But my pictures look quite amazing, tbh. Anyway... I'm starting to like The Vamps (took me three concerts tho) and Amsterdam was so far up their asses, I was just laughing the whole time. (I don't necessarily mean that in a bad way, okay? They were fans, it was adorable) Bradley actually looked cute today bc he wasn't trying to be the next Harry Styles anymore ๐๐ Can We Dance and the medley are still my favorite and yeah, that's all that is to that. (I want TV merch now, omg) Today, it wasn't just Leigh-Anne who had problems holding a note (during Salute especially) but Jade too. But then again, I wouldn't have noticed that if I hadn't gone to Antwerp last night. Other than that .. Let's just say I didn't see a lot. I basically had to watch the concert through my camera screen and it sucked. But the dudes behind me made up for it with being K-girl groups and hard core LM stans. They were like OMG YAAAAS and I CAN'T EVEN the WHOLE time, SO funny ๐ One thing I wanna point out is the massive LGBTQ+ support at today's concert. I saw at least six rainbow flags and someone holding up a sign saying Out & Proud (the person was shown during the part of when the band made the crowd sing, I even filmed it). Shout out to my fellow LGBTQ+ Mixers, I love you guys ๐ Favorite songs: Oh Cecilia & F.U. Surprise of the evening: Perrie twerking at Jesy ๐ Favorite moment: The support during SLS ๐ (Once they played the first note, I was crying. I wish I was kidding but it's true) Rating: 3/5 (a total 10,5/15)
Little Mix (Day two)
I am IN LOVE!? Belgium is so fucking energetic, how do you guys do that?? But.. Let's start at the beginning. I came from Germany the day of the concert and I was going to meet last year's Mixer squad again ๐ค Unfortunately we didn't sit together this time but we were getting together before, during and after the concert, so all was well. I feel like I enjoyed today's concert more bc I decided I wouldn't film as much (I still did bc the crowd was amazing??) and I finally took some pictures I'm actually proud of. I'm also starting to enjoy the Vamps, what's up with that ๐ The songs were the same as in Berlin and I noticed Leigh-Anne not being able to hold certain notes. It was mostly during the first four songs which was a bit sad bc those were my favorite but it happens. I'm sure the girls are as exhausted as I am. Now.. back to the crowd. Holy fucking shit. Last year's crowd was loud already (with just a bit over 1,000 people compared to the 4,000 ones in Cologne) but this year was just insane?! During some songs, they were so loud I could barely even hear the girls anymore but it was so great, I absolutely loved it and people like today's crowd just make me feel better about me going abroad to see bands. You make it worth it ๐ Favorite songs: Touch & Shout Out To My Ex Surprise of the evening: Saw a rainbow flag during Secret Love Song and Jade said it's for their LGBTQ fans. I cried. Favorite moment: The whole band smiling widely at the crowd being insanely loud Rating: 4/5 (thanks to the Belgian Mixers)
The first review is back but I won't delete it bc I wrote it directly after the concert (and Nobody Like You WAS a suprise tbh)
Little Mix (day one)
Let me start my review by saying that time management is not Little Mixโ strongest point.
They AGAIN started ten minutes later and cut a song (Move, I was looking forward to that one), although they still had loads of time till it was 10pm. And that is extremely disappointing.
Besides that, Iโm also a bit pissed bc of those who tried to sing OLT, they even tried to interrupt the concert AFTER LM sang Secret Love Song as a tribute to Manchester. If they try that shit in Amsterdam as well, I might freak out.
Now that Iโm done with the things that pissed me off, lemme just say LM own my soul, my heart and my gay ass ๐ When Power started, I suddenly started crying bc I was so overwhelmed by the fact that Jade was just a few meters away from me?? Like???????? (tbh, I had a similar reaction in Antwerp last year ๐ ) And the girl next to me was screaming and singing loudly (and wrongโฆ so wrong, my ears, send help), I couldnโt help but turn around a few times. After getting over my emotional outburst, I tried to concentrate on taking pictures and filming but my camera seems to be broken bc I couldnโt focus on the girls ugh I also basically deleted the Touch video I took bc I had to change the battery but the video wasnโt saved. Hm yeah. Iโm dumb.
Well, what to say about the concert? The choreography was on point, I think I got gayer just bc of watching Jesy dance ๐ The vocals were phenomenal (Iโm surprised The Vamps were pretty alright as well, the lead singer still tries to be the next Harry Styles but.. okay. ๐) and it was completely understandable that the girls were barely able to sing during Secret Love Song. We had to sing several parts and I was - as expected - crying my heart out. The outfits.. I found them funny. Jade looked a bit like a bee but then again, I wasnโt exactly close to the stage ๐ The setlist was โฆ tbh. I wasnโt too happy, especially after cutting Move in Berlin. I hoped theyโd play more of the older songs and other songs from Glory Days. I really hope theyโre gonna play Move in Antwerp and Amsterdam again ๐
Favorite songs: Secret Love Song & Can we dance Surprise of the evening: Nobody like you Favorite moment: Everyone singing along during SLS amd SOTME Rating: 3,5/5

Little Mix (day one)
Okay, apparently I killed the first review, so lemme make it short this time:
Cons: - The set list was a mess - They started later and finished the show earlier, hence they cut Move (and it was 9.45pm when the show was over, they wouldโve had the time to play at least two more songs) - Some fans tried to interrupt the concert by singing OLT DESPITE LM dedicating Secret Love Song to the victims of the Manchester attack - tbh, the outfits were ugly af ๐
Pros: - The Vamps were surprisingly good - Killer vocals and amazing choreographies - The crowd went absolutely wild, they were almost as loud as the one in Antwerp last year - Despite them offering merch only up to XL, itโs surprisingly comfortable and relatively wide (I got the sweater again, hah)
Well, Iโm not really happy they cut Move and barely sang any old songs (and the new ones they picked wereโฆ rather meh as well) but I did cry when I saw Jade during the opening number bc I love her and she looked so gorgeous tonight ugh How am I supposed to handle seeing her two more times ๐ญ
Also (and that was heartbreaking) Jesy was wiping her eyes right before singing Secret Love Song and two of the girls werenโt able to sing the song, so the crowd sang their parts. They also dedicated the song to Ariana and the victims of the Manchester attack
Favorite songs: Secret Love Song and Can we dance Surprise of the evening: Power and Down & Dirty Favorite moment: The crowd singing along during SLS and SOTME Rating: 3,5/5
What a day.
