I haven't posted on here in forever, and I doubt more than few of my followers, of which I don't have many, are even still active, but I figured I'd try!

A very close friend of mine has been diagnosed with cancer. She's young, smart, kind, probably the best person I know, and now she's being forced to spend over nine months enduring painful treatment.

I could say a million things about my hatred for the medical system here, but Evelyn's story just frustrates me to no end. A tumor that was once believed to be non-cancerous sat in her mouth for months, causing her constant pain, just for it to be declared cancerous once removed. She lost the majority of her top teeth because of this. None of it is fair. She doesn't deserve any of this pain. I love her more than anything.

Anything helps, no matter how small! Even if you can just share this post, that'll mean the world to me.
