║Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ║ ~ Mythical creatures were commonly found in the array of stories Cesca had relished in as a child. Even today, she kept such knowledge with her and spoke of them to her many brothers and sisters. Cesca did not expect a personal encounter from one.
“A Griffin!” Her thoughts rejoiced. “Surely, this would make them all smile tenfold!”
She rose to her feet, a bunch of flowers in hand while the other hand dug into a belt pocket. Out from it, Cesca pulled out a small, green apple slice. She could barely muster a word out as she held the slice out in front of her. “Here, boy~. Hereeeee!”
A little out of it given the light headed feeling lingering about due to his lack of nutrition, the words of the girl did in fact catch his attention. Shifting his eyes in her direction, he spotted that apple slice. So juicy, so tasty... even if it was quite small. Raising up from his laying position, the hybrid stretched out those long spotted back legs, along with the heavy pair of crimson wings residing upon his shoulders.
A few more movements, and his form made his way slowly towards her. Beak parting enough to allow blackened tongue free. Another step, and another. Eventually Gilbert had closed the distance. Right now, he had no time to question his sanity, or the fact that he totally was not what she thought he was; hunger came first.
Stretching his neck forward he extended that tongue, aiming to carefully grab the piece of fruit from her grasp.
