The Weaver is the organizer and creator of the timeliness and aus. Not a creator like us the storytellers, but creator in the sense that they bring the aus into the multiverse reality. The name of the Weaver comes through the fact that they weave the timeliness together into one, gorgeous tapestry in the multiverse.

In the design choice I went with this, The Weaver looks like a Steven Universe-esk fusion between Chara and Frisk, since almost every AU's core comes back to them. Frisk the kind protagonist, Chara the tragic unreliable narrator. The balance that is typically the same in every au, save for the swaps and shifts. But there typically is a core, and that typically belongs to the vessels of Chara and Frisk.

In the lore, the Weaver would be one to help guide the strings of the multiverse into accordance of the storytellers. Like weavers of old, each tapestry tells a story, so does this one. It tells the story again, and again, and again, and again, but it's different each time. It's just as a real retelling, things will change, either on purpose or on accident. But the tapestry represents the joy of creation and the balance of the multiverse.

Each time an au is erased, the tapestry changes....it doesnt break. No, no it doesn't. That's because thats how the storytellers wish it. The Weaver knows these things, they are woven into reality.

The Weaver is what holds it all together...
