Hell, I could have your corpse specifically ordered to be buried under one of the cells so not even death would grant you a sliver of freedom.”

Because he knows there is only bluster here. Theres already a plan in the city, but thats not for him to think about it. Ozpin died once, twice, thrice. how many times, and now he knows he's coming back. That man can't stay dead forever. And he'll be the next death, and if he's lucky the next one as well.

 “Because its better than doing nothing. Because I need baked goods for a certain task.” it was better then saying he was going to try and feed certain Grimms some baked goods to see if they can be tamed outside of Salem influence.

That was a good question. Just not one Qrow was inclined to answer. At least, not 100% honestly.

He continued to stir, contemplating exactly what he wanted to say. “Kind of my job, isn’t it? Following Salem’s goons.”

Hazel is the type to do what he wants, right away. Or playing the the long game, he is not Watts or Tyrian, he’s just the brute after all.

"If your going to be a bother, Start mixing this." and then he hands over a bowl of cake batter, the wilds being the wilds, and the grimm all killed off to avoid annoyances. Cooking in the wild is therapeutic even, sometimes he would bake a gingerbread house if he felt a bit indulgent.

 “Canned, its easier to store and we rarely have the luxury to stay in one place for too long.”

He sighs, but accepts that as a part of life. But-

“I didn’t use the last of the laundry soap, also it’s not my fault I couldn’t add it to the last list. I’m barely literate,” Also if there wasn’t blood in his clothes they were clean enough.

A sigh as he heaves a giant cart.

“Why would I do that? I stop talking we get bored… Who knows what’ll happen?”

“Oh, come on. You’ve been at this game long enough that peace and quiet is unsettling and you know it.”

Because Hazel is still part of Salem fake inner council and he won’t get attacked by the grims no matter what.
