"Why?" After being picked up and being brought to his place, Gaby was taking her time to look around. "I feel it's kind of giving a homey vibe? You know what I mean?" Even though it was obviously cluttered, for her it felt that she could see Nate's life. They weren't the obvious things, it wasn't even pictures or anything like that. Even if it was junk, it was something he liked, maybe at that point. Or wanted to use or to try. For her, it felt like she was getting a little glimpse in the ten-year gap where they'd been strangers. Then again, maybe Gaby was just fucking weird. Which she absolutely was, but at least she wasn't voicing her thoughts out loud.

"Lilith?" she repeated back instantly, tone completely judging the comparison to start with. "Yeah because selling flowers will do that." she teased in response to her Satan and power comment, only rolling her eyes in a light jest as she does so. "Would you?" get a sugar daddy that was, "Can you imagine all the bills you'd get paid off though, like... seems easy." she chuckled, purely joking and speaking with no serious intent, Freya definitely wasn't the type to go out and seek any kind of daddy.

"Honestly, I think I've lived a relationship that feels like lasted a few life times for me. I feel getting into anything else would just be a wasted effort." Effort that she didn't really want to make. Too many things in her life, too many things to explain, and she wasn't even in for that. "Maybe we can turn witches. The movie with Sandra Bullock and Tom Cruize's ex wife? The red head? Yeah, that life. I'd be down for that. Because with the mirror curse and all? We're all set." She grinned. "Actually, tell me what you think is your ideal man. Tell me, so I could tell you how fucking wrong you actually are. But go ahead. I'm curious now."

[couple of hours later]

"You think?" she chuckled at the mere thought at what Gaby had said. "I could totally be a Sabrina." Freya followed on as she tilted her head either side lightly, as if weighing up that entire option for herself. "Wow expensive ramen, really giving it your all there." she teased lightly as she laughed, despite the sarcasm she was one hundred percent appreciative and would no doubt take Gaby up on that. "Wish your luck would rub off on me, honestly, the other day I bought mom a scratchcard and she won something - I never do, I mean.. what's that actually about? Might have to start manifesting something because I'll go home later and I'll trip up the stairs, for nothing."

"Sabrina the teenage witch?" Gaby scoffed and rolled her eyes. "More like like a Lilith. Take over the world and damn Satan just because you want the power." Or maybe that was also Gaby's wishful thinking for her best friend not to go for married men again. Totally her choice, of course, but Gaby could hope. It wasn't as if she wasn't going to support her even if she came home and told her she brutally murdered someone. "Get a sugar daddy if you want expensive dinners, please."

"No that's.." she laughed softly as she shook her head, "..okay, I've got a couple of weddings this month, October's a big one so I'm guessing I can balance it all out with those and sales in between." Freya had worked out if she was strict she could still keep herself afloat and make up for the loses she had had. "I'm doing okay online," meaning with her cosmetics, "and Christmas I never sleep to get everything done so I'm probably going to be counting on that." it was what it was, after all, nobody could plan for sandstorm. "Might only be able to cook us noodles when you come over, but..." she was joking, "You doing good though?"

"Weddings?" She asked, but really quickly started to laugh. "For a second I forgot you're a florist and kind of decided you're a con-artist. Which I still kind of would see it, you know? Changing your name, marrying some rich guy just to get his money and the disappearing from his life magically in a plane crash or something. I feel like you'd fit the role." She teased, but nodded her head soon after. At least Freya didn't lose her spirits, which was good. "Please. If you need food, you just come over. I'll cook you a feast, or maybe at least the more expensive ramen. So you could really taste the rich and wealthy." At least the whole town wasn't buried under sand, which was a plus. "I was actually God's favourite and therefore - not even a scratch."

"Parts, yeah, we still sell 'em," gesturing behind him, towards the doors where just beyond lay piles of cars that formed the Junkyard that Rori had inherited and offered to him in turn. Leaning back on the counter, arms crossing his over his chest, he offered a nod in the way of hello. The place was a mess, and he knew it. From the look on the woman's face, though, this wasn't news to her. The old owner had kept things in some...kind of order, but Andrés hadn't figured out the system yet—if there even was one. "You’ll have to tell me what you’re lookin’ for, though. And it might take me...uh, a minute to y'know — find it because...I'm still figuring this place out, if I'm being honest."

"Ah, good." She smiled and placed her bag on one of the chairs, which was unoccupied. "Can I?" She asked, gesturing to the place. "I know my way round like the back of my hand, so it would be easier for me to just look for things. You could follow me around if you think I might steal something." One of the nurses who looked after her father had something off with her car, so Gaby had offered to look into it and fix it for free. For all the work she had done over the years, and besides, Gaby enjoyed it. "I need an exhaust manifold. The one's that in the car right now is absolutely butchered." She added, to explain more to the new owner of the joint.

With a business card in hand, Gaby made her way into the place. She had known the old owner of the place, as she did visit them quite often, but the new thing? Well, there was nothing really to know about them. She didn't need them to fix anything for her. No, she could very much do it herself. Which was exactly why she was there in the first place.

It was almost on cue that he started to walk out of the clubhouse the second the beeping from the car got louder, a noise that only made him shake his head with a light show of laughter as he spied and then walked towards Gaby's car. There was a comment made from behind him - who'd you fuck off now, Donovan. One of which that had Nate turning around, now walking backwards so he faced them just to give a lift of his arms - a silent yet amused don't know, before facing forwards again as he reached the vehicle.

The beeping only stopped when he opened the car door and even then, when he didn't say anything, neither did she. Instead, Gaby just looked at him, her eyes narrowing, still deciding what she wanted to do with him. Technically, she wouldn't have minded stuffing his mouth with dollar bills, especially when he was grinning like that.
