even people who are completely bedbound and have no voluntary movement ability in their limbs [should] have someone who helps move their limbs through tolerable range of motion to do important things like prevent blood clots. that is exercise.

exercise in the ways you can but you have to have to have to exercise. it is so important. I would actually say it is especially important to mobility disabled people as it does things like prevent blood clots, maintain range of motion, and for many people it stabilizes (and sometimes even improves) symptoms.
